The property was everything you could want in a hotel. Clean, nicely furnished, great amenities and wonderful staff. I wish I could remember all the names of the great staff that went out of their way to make me feel welcome. Jane , James, Philip, Dixon, Nicodemus…so many more. I just can’t recall their names. I can say that Philip makes the best margaritas I have ever had. You will not be disappointed by this hotel or the fabulous people that work there.

Just 2 things. Coffee and the cookies. A country known for its coffee should have more than plain instant coffee in its rooms. And the cookies in the restaurant are more like unsweetened biscotti. I wish I could bring them some of my good old nestles chocolate chip cookies and show them what cookies should taste like.

Stayed here twice before as part of a tour group, but hadn't realised there are different sections of the hotel, and that I'd been majorly upgraded this time. Hair straighteners in the room was an added luxury! Also comfy bed, garden view, huge bathroom and a fluffy robe. Food is on the expensive side for Nairobi but is really really good quality, recommend the fish tacos or anything that comes with the sautee potatoes. Also a big shout out to the staff who looked after my bag for 10 days whilst I went to Tanzania for the safari tour, it was safe and I was happy to get it back again exactly as I left it.

Wonderful, very high level of services and Facilities, including a spa, pool, and excellent breakfast with Gluten-free choices. Staff were polite, helpful and very pleasant. Citam Pentacostal church services are walking distance and are worth attending on Sundays.

The location is good but mostly by Uber, not comfortably walking due to not having crosd-walks on the major roads. But bwe only stayed for 2 nights. It's about 1 mile away from Jeevanjee Gardens in the business district and about the same distance to the International Convention Center, Nairobi University and the City market.

We were able to get early check-in and early check-out which worked out well for our flight. The staff was very helpful, we had a lot of luggage and weren't sure we were within the airline limit, so they weighed each bag for us, which was wonderful, really put our minds at ease. The wing of the hotel we were in had been upgraded from the last time we were here and the place looks and feels modern and amazing. We were also able to get food for the baby early in the morning before we went down for breakfast which made for a more relaxed breakfast experience.

The staff here is absolutely wonderful, the rooms are clean and lovely. Everyone goes above and beyond to assist you. Food was not bad, wasn’t a fan of the in room dinning in menu. However we had a fantastic stay and can't thank them enough! The spa was lovely and one of the best foot massages I had in my life. The steam and sauna rooms were so clean and the service was even better. I’m staying at Emara olé serini atm and compared to that hotel I wish I stayed at Sarova longer.

In room dinning food was not good. The burger was a bit of a let down.

Sarova hotels always do a nice job. This place was clean and comfortable. I especially liked the massage I had. Poached eggs at breakfast.

Having to wait for my international flight later in the day, past checkout, it would have been nice to have access to the fitness center to take a quick shower before I left, or at least a place to change my clothes, but they denied access. A simple courtesy that they couldn't find in their heart to allow. I thought it was petty. Tainted my overall experience.

Very welcoming staff! Breakfast is good and the whole hotel facility is very nice. The security is also very good and I always felt safe.

Unfortunately, the rooms are quite badly soundproofed. Also some basic things are missing, e.g. the showers only have a shower curtain, which I would not expect in a place such as this one

It is a beautiful property with excellent rooms and a lovely breakfast restaurant. The Restaurant staff and the Housekeeping staff were very courteous. Wifi was strong in the room. I chose this property over several others and am very glad I chose it.

A small regret was that we didn't get 2 hours late checkout free of charge, but the bigger disappointment was about room service not bringing us plates and spoons for dinner despite making three calls to them over 2 hours. They finally brought them after we had finished dinner! (Maybe they were unhappy that we ordered food from outside). And, as we took a car from the hotel to get to the airport, we got a car that was filled with dust and could not operate the AC without pushing dust to our face! The car had been used for a game park visit and had not been cleaned! Not worth the $40 that we were charged!

Nice hotel, attentive and helpful staff, Good restaurant and good value for money. The staff let us borrow a weighing scale to check the weight of our luggage as we were taking an international flight.

The shower was not draining properly. I informed the reception and the sent a person to fix it in a few minutes. minor inconvenience, but promptly rectified.

Hotel conveniently located very close to the city center; very friendly and helpful staff. The saxo night on Thursdays is great, excellent musicians and great atmosphere

The food at the restaurant could be improved, it wasn’t bad but not good either, after trying 3 times we preferred to go to other restaurants. Missing basic amenities like shampoo and mini bar beverages and snacks.
