The front desk was friendly and considerate. The Wi-Fi was lightning fast. The breakfast was also a well-prepared buffet, the chef was kind and the room had soap and lotion; Shampoo, Body lotion, Bath Gel, Conditioner, and Bath Bar Soap. Each day, I get Complimentary bottles of water, sugar, coffee and tea. I had the mosquito net, though, I noticed a few mosquitoes but the net helped. I had a Kettle to boil water, a fridge, and even a bathroom slippers. The housekeepers come every day to change the bedsheets, toiletries, and clean the entire room.

I am not much of a TV person, but it would be nice to have a variety of stations to switch to, the television had just two stations.

The hotel is a bit out of town in a quiet neighborhood, a bit far from everything, but very quiet. The food in the restaurant was good, and the room was spacious enough for 2. It was a pleasant stay for a one-night stopover and a good price-quality ratio. Breakfast was ok. For me, there was way too much Kenyan-style cooked food for the morning, but there were several cakes, too, so I did not go hungry.

The washbasin in the bathroom was hard to use because it was placed right next to the shower cabin. The room was overall clean, but some places (e.g., the top of the fridge, and the counter around the washbasin) were definitely not cleaned every day.

Great location, near the center but quiet and safe. The room was big, the bed had a new, comfortable mattress. As I have a back problem, the quality of the mattress is very important to me. Fridge and water boiler in the room with tea and coffee bags available. Decent bar and restaurant open until late at night. Very helpful staff. Overall a great stay with high price / value quota.

There is no heating/ cooling device in the rooms. I didn't need any of the two for the season I visited, but wandered what would happen if needed. The shower has no portable shower head, it is fixed on the wall and a bit too high.

The hospitality is top notch, staff poses exceptional customer service, all working as a team and eager to assist. The staff at the gate, kept my belongings safe, as I waited for taxi. And as a guest, they stayed with me until departure.

1.The power sockets positioning in the room are too distant from bed, a task if you need to use charger. Placing an extension would come in handy. 2. The landline is disconnected,unable to reach out to the staff without having to go to the reception

Breakfast, staff, location, and price.

I was forced to pay in KES and the hotel rate was extremely high. For example, when the official USD rate was 129, the hotel charged 135. I did not have the option to pay in USD as shown on booking.com. When I paid with USD credit card, still the hotel staff insisted that I should be charged in KES! If that is the hotel policy, please tell the customers in advance

The breakfast and dinner were great. A large buffet for breakfast with special orders available. The dinner menu was huge. In particular, Paris and Belinda were most gracious, welcoming, and understanding of my needs. All the staff was kind and greeted me warmly, the rooms were cleaned every day, water was generously supplied, and I will go back when I next visit Kenya.

There as nothing that I did not like. The only thing was that no one knew how the hotel was named Hadassah Hotel, and I would like to know the origins of the name.

Conveniently situated in the Upper Hill district, the staff has been very nice to me, helpful and exquisitely polite. I have spent a total of four nights there in between safaris all across Kenya. The premises are a bit dated but functional, the restaurant offers a splendid menu, the meals are excellent.

The faucet of the bathroom only has cold water, electric shower in room 105 was dodgy. The hotel can be noisy at times.

I liked the location, the staff, the meals, and the rooms. The free breakfast was excellent and had elements that changed every morning which was fun. The check in process was super easy and smooth.

The description said the room came with a terrace. They define terrace differently that what you would normally expect but that's fine.

Good value for money. If you simply look for a place to sleep from where it is convenient to reach the city center, it is a really good place. Simple, yet clean accomodation with all you need. The staff is super friendly and helpful!

The breakfast options are rather limited. However, considering the price per night it is pretty okay.

Hotel is at good location. Neighborhood is super safe. Staff at hotel was great and polite. Especially Joseph at lobby bar was the greatest. Always willing to help and give advice. Also hotel staff can help to arrange tours around Kenya for a great rates. Mr. Willie (manager)was very helpful and helped with everything. There is also airport transfer for some fee. Food from restaurant was exceptional, very tasty. Great services for a great value. Definitely will be back Mike 🇸🇰

Next to the hotel there are building sites. They can be noisy during the day time. Otherwise everything was excellent 👌
