Everyone was super friendly and accommodating.

Good location, very nice and helpful staff (in particular I found the manager at the outdoor space of the restaurant very professional and helpful). Very spacious room. Decent value for money. Good food and a spacious outdoor area.

My room had a door connecting it to another room (which was locked of course) which made that there was basically no soundproofing. Every morning at 6Am I woke up because of an audiobook that was played at low volume on her phone. Nothing crazy, but you literally hear everything in that setup. Also, for part of my stay the wifi at my room didn't work (but it did downstairs).

The location was very good, we were picked up from the hotel for all the tours. Breakfast was ok. Staff were very polite and helpful. Beds were comfortable.

Coffee was not the best. We were charged extra for professional coffee. Swimming pool was extremely cold, no one was able to swim. The first room we were given, the air conditioner was not working, it was very warm, the bathroom door was not shutting properly. The toilet wasn't flushing so we had to change the room after 2 nights.

Second time staying at this hotel. It is not the designated one by my job but because of their amazing service the first time I had to return. They continue to exceed all expectations and will become my hotel of choice when return to the area. the personalized service from the entire team from JB to Mercy to Abigail is absolutely unmatched. I'm a frequent traveler who travels monthly and have never seen the level of service I received at this location. The food is delicious as well Highly recommend the lamb

Had an excellent experience with this hotel. My family and I had difficulty with our travel day due to rough road conditions and 2 young children. We reached out to the hotel letting them know when we’re about to arrive late in the evening just to see what food options would be available after a 7 1/2 hour travel day. The staff went above and beyond allowing us to message our orders to them. Once we arrived, many staff members came to help me and my children to our room and get us checked in expeditiously. Soon after arrival, our food arrived as well, allowing us to settle in and recover from our rough travel day. My husband is an elite ambassador member at several major US hotel that comes with perks and services including butlers at some locations, and I still have never received the level of excellence we received at PrideInn. Addition to the service, the food was also the best service food I’ve ever had -specifically the lamb. We will be returning.

staff were really nice rooms were good size too and bathroom was good size liked having slippers after a shower not around any food places but you can easily get uber eats as well if you don’t feel like dining at the hotel restaurant

nothing just feedback only - they offer shuttle to the Westland’s mall for 1000 KES one way but I reckon this could be complimentary or even both ways. one way seems quite excessive

Location, the staff were helpful and friendly and the breakfasts were good with lots of variety.

I was informed by Booking.com we would receive a room upgrade from a standard room to a superior room. However we were rather underwhelmed with the room. It was quite small and the shower was really crampt. REYAD the restaurant and bar manager was a great help in trying to get us a better room. As we were only there a couple of nights we decided to stay where we were but many thanks to him.

All hotel staff were extraordinary the way how I was treated. It’s awesome. They do take care of the small details. They try their level best to make you stay a memorable one I would like to thank all of them and special thanks for Mars the receptionist and Ben, the food and beverage manager.

WIFI would be nice if they improve it. It was ok but not stable.

The food was decent. We struggled with room service being timely and bringing the correct items. The staff was very helpful, though.

The room service didn't open our bottled drinks for us and we waited 45 mins for them to come back and do so. The food was okay overall. The breakfast buffet wasn't too great for us.

We arrived to PrideInn and were greeted by enthusiastic and kind staff that gave us a warm welcome. Unfortunately, the hotel did not have an ATM, which we were in need of. The lobby was clean and our room was very spacious and comfortable. We ordered room service that was prompt, delicious, and well-priced. Hot shower with great water pressure. We were offered a place to change in after our check out. Overall, a positive experience.

We did not get to use the pool because of the rain, but it looked nice. Unfortunately, the hotel did not appear to be within walking distance of very many places. We walked to the Nairobi Arboretum. When we asked the staff for recommendations, they simply said "Go to the museum", but they did not offer directions or details.
