Spacious room with a great layout (was in a superior room), modern aesthetics, furniture and fittings, good water pressure, and hot water in both shower and sink. Great buffet breakfast with many tasty food options and juices - scrambled eggs were cooked to perfection. Great location in the heart of Westlands with easy access to areas within Nairobi. A modern and fresh looking hotel with friendly staff who were kind and considerate to allow me a later check-out. I would definitely stay here again.

Couldn't get an upper floor room on check-in, as I had booked the Ngong Hills view room, I wanted to get a better view from higher up of this famous Nairobi landscape. I was told that floors 6 to 10 were under maintenance and was given a 3rd floor superior room; however, the Ngong Hills were not visible! I felt slightly disappointed by this! The air conditioning is centrally controlled and could be made cooler, especially during the hot season.

Its a nice hotel/Inn but not a Raddison by any means - high price for what you get. The location is across from a highway but you cant hear the noise. On arrival the area isnt great - Better once you are inside the gates.

Booking.com said the price included breakfast and shuttle from the airport but the hotel didn't honour that.

It's clean and modern, and the location is 10/10. The room overall was great with a superb ambiance and lighting. Comfy beds and clean and fresh linen. Breakfast is superb with a variety of fruits, cereals, confectionery, etc.

There was no body lotion and a simple shower cap in the bathroom/room, something which is a must in every serious hotel. The rooftop pool was so dirty that my daughter didn't want to swim. We checked the following day, and it was the same despite the weather being conducive for a dive. Please keep it clean! However, the hotel is generally clean, comfy beds, and their breakfast is superb 👌

location- horrible view either the highway or old building in the ither side no way that you can walk around dirty acess and bus station in front too expensive 250 per night x this location

this is an excellent hotel with of the best service. food was of a high quality, good coffee great location. Even walked to Sarit centre. used car service to from airport which is outsourced. and in general given how busy I was this hotel is perfect. the housekeeping lady Nina was exceptional!

of all of the great service, the check-out process was disastrous, and it could have been avoided. my car to the airport was not booked and the desk manager/s didn't handle the situation well. the method for extending my stay was also not well managed. While this seems contradictory - I would still say that service of the hotel is excellent and perhaps it was just a bad day, and this served as a way to do things better!

Body lotion, toothpaste etc. are missing Asked for double bed and it turns out to be 2 single ones instead. Not comfortable !

Am very satisfied with the staffs support and their hospitality. However, the price of food (eg. breakfast is expensive). We (myself and my colleague paid about 140 USD with out breakfast and asked to pay additional 25 USD for breakfast. This was beyond our expectation. As our workshop was in the same area just decided to continue as per the booking (also we have been told that the prepaid money is not reimbursed from reception side). However, I will repeat again, we were so happy during our stay and trust will visit Park in Radisson soon.

The price shown in the website is different from the actual (requested at reception point). This has problem as different from what has been planned by individuals. Trust, will be harmonized in future. Eg. accommodation 130 USD in the website, which is not true actually when communicated through phone.

The breakfast option has many options but be warned it’s a large breakfast. The service is good the staff are friendly especially the security guards they always greet you when exiting and returning. The shower pressure is amazing and also the water temperature is pretty good if you like steamy showers. The hotel is located near the Sarit center mall which is a quick 10 minute walk and there are plenty of delicious restaurants near the hotel. I would encourage you to explore around the hotel if possible. If you’re not familiar with Nairobi and are alone please only explore during the day.

The only thing I can say I did not like is that in my room during the day starting at 10am there was this constant metal tapping sound coming from the huge windows. There was no construction outside or anything. In case you’re a light sleeper and want to sleep in this might be a disturbance. But it’s only during the day time nighttime is very much quiet and peaceful.

Clean and nice hotel

Do not go there choose another hotel! They deceived us and made us pay extra for the breakfast while the other day they notified us that by chance they doublecharged us. They are not correct and the receptionist deceived us at checkout as well.

Very clean with comfortable beds. Staff are very friendly and welcoming, going out of their way to please. Will definitely staff there again should the opportunity arise.

I asked for some extra pillows. They provided some awful foam pillows which weren't very comfortable. They told me that the hotel was fully booked and that they were short which explains why.
