I stayed here again after my one day stay a week ago. This time the room was better with 2 lights, ample space (got a 2 single beds room). Staff are amazing, friendly and helpful. Location is perfect and the street feels very safe. The size and space of room and beds were perfect and comfortable to unwind after a long day.

Some facilities seem outdated and hotel will do incredibly better with renovation of the rooms.there are no mosquito nets/all out / coil, only sprays are available, and there's only one trash bin for the room and bathroom

Location is excellent...walk distance to all Westlands has to offer ... shop, restaurants and clubs. Staff were so warm and friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. Beds were particularly comfortable and showers hot. Breakfast was good and filling...also local street food available around the corner Free water

Mosquitoes in the room ... could be easily fixed with some fly wire on windows TVs only had a few local channels...should be smart tvs with YouTube and streaming available using own account

Location was good. The staff was very friendly and helpful, many thanks to one of the housekeeper who washed a few clothes I gave her in record time, I was leaving the next day and she did everything possible to deliver to reception before my departure time before 7 am Personnel from reception and restaurant very friendly and willing to help and answer questions. One of the girls from the restaurant agreed to feed the cats living in the restaurant courtyard with the cat food I brought them, thanks for that! The room was clean and located in a more quiet side, not right on top of the music from the restaurant so that was appreciated. My breakfast was packed to go on my departure day, as I left before 7 am. Quickly solved problems, the night before the bedroom light bulb stopped working so they quickly sent someone to fix it.

No air conditioning, the room was very hot. Thankfully the housekeeper brought a fan that helped. The shower curtain could be replaced, it had a lot of mould stains on it and looked overall very old. Could be easily replaced or even washed with bleach. The toilet cistern had problems. Every time I flushed it, the water was keep running, having to press the flushing button again, sometimes taking more time and effort to stop the running water, needs definitely a fixing. The bedlinen had small stains and a cigar burnt, small but still noticeable. Small details easily fixable help to make a better impression!

We enjoyed our short stay in this hotel! It is clean, well located and at affordable price. There is a nice cosy restaurant-bar just next door to the hotel with very tasty african food and excellent drinks at affordable price, and good music. Staff is very friendly and helpful! Socket adapters are provided.

Noise from outside, absence of hangers for the towels were for some discomfort. Lights in the room could be better too. But overall this hotel is good for a short stay, taking into account the affordable price. No problem.

The bed was comfortable, location was perfect near to all major attractions of the city, many travel operators do a pickup from hotel directly.staff are amazing always a call away to correct any issues you face.

The facilities seemed outdated - just a single hanging light for the room made it look dim, no kettle, hot water only in shower, room looked very compact.

At times the towels were not too good and when I complained they changed it immediately and apologized Asides that it was an amazing and lovely place to stay

This hotel is in a perfect location in Westlands very close to bars and restos and the buses that go downtown. The staff; reception and restaurant are great. They moved me to another room quickly as the hot water was not working in my room. They even extanded my check out time by an hour.

The internet is not good on the 2nd floor. Everything else was fine.

Great Value for money, walking distance to nice places to eat, felt safe in area. Good security. Bed was comfy. Fan was good. Had extra blankets as got cold in the night. Staff were very polite and helpful. Brought breakfast to my room as had early check out for safari. I stayed here as close to safari company for pick up. Meant didn't have the crazy traffic in the morning.

No tea/coffee making facility in room, I landed late after long haul flight, and wanting a drink. Did supply water, but wanted a hot drink. Also as a sat night, music from across road was loud. Good it you wanted to party, not so great if you need a good night sleep. I had earplugs, so I slept OK.

The location was very good and close to everything I needed. The room was clean and the bed quite comfortable. Staff were polite enough and were responsive.

The wifi signal was weak and kept dropping making it hard to work. The lighting inside the room was a bit insufficient (though that is subjective).

I mean for the amount that you pay to stay here in the heart of Westlands walking distance to the malls and famous clubs/restaurants, this is a very very good deal. There are inconveniences here and there but again you get what you pay for and hence I am rating this as Exceptional (10/10). I also really enjoyed how secure the place was and the staff was very friendly and acommodating

Again for the amount you pay, you need to overlook the inconveniences but here are some: 1) hot water was hard to get 2) club next to the hotel so quite loud
