The rooms are as good as they appear in the pictures. They are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, and the view from the balcony of the city is superb. We particularly appreciated the conveniently located supermarket on the ground floor, which stays open until late. Finally, we felt very safe, considering Westlands can be a dangerous place at night.

The housekeeping could use some improvement. It was good, but a little inconsistent sometimes. That could be because we asked for an extra key for the room, and they gave us the housekeeping keys. If you ask for an extra key, be sure to leave it at the reception on your way out so that your room can be cleaned while you're away. During the housekeeping, some things were not replaced, like handtowels, which isn't too much of an issue, but something that we noticed.

Staff is very friendly and helpful.Apartment is very comfortable and fully equipped with all the amenities of home.Also,the in-house restaurant,”Slate & Bar” has great food selections and is really good!We also love the breakfast that came with our deluxe 2bedrooms apartment.Location is good too as it is near to a few shopping malls and Westland area is pretty safe. Street people are very friendly.

The beds might have some bed bugs and need some treatment as we were bitten by the bugs during our 4 nights stay.

On-site restaurant was quite expensive but the bartender made the best drinks! They have a chocolate shop inside that was pretty good (also expensive). **A major issue we had was the keys to the room. So, the doors lock from both inside and outside, you are not able to exit the room without the room key (which poses quite the inconvenience if you have multiple occupants in the room) or if you need to step out of the room briefly.

The apartment was immaculate, very well equipped and extremely comfortable. We had everything we needed for an excellent stay. The location was really handy for walking to and from different amenities, especially for our first visit to Nairobi. my daughter very much enjoyed the rooftop pool and I wish I had brought appropriate attire to use the really excellent gym. Breakfast was very good and we also ate in the restaurant for dinner one evening and thought the food was fantastic. If we come back to Nairobi at some point in the future, I will certainly be staying in these apartments.

Breakfast was great it was at slate the restaurant downstairs. Not too many options but it was decent. The hotel had quite a few ammenities, there is a rooftop infinity swimming pool which can never been too cold as it os high up. There is a small gym, games room and downstairs there is a shop to buy small things. You don’t even have to leave the place to have the things you need but the location is also great, in centre of westlands next to west gate and also sarit which are really great malls. Staff was great and let us keep our bags at the storage

The place was a little small, the dryer didn’t work too well. You have to use key card to use the lift which was a little inconvenient as it meant you had to take the key everywhere you went which can be awkward with more than 2 people in 1 apartment but it’s good for safety concerns, just wish they gave us 2. But this is a minor inconvenience. The price is also quite high and there are many similar apartments in Nairobi with bigger sizes but way less costly.

One of the best properties to stay in Nairobi. If you are travelling to stay somewhere close to the citycenter, places to shop, visit local eateries and pubs - one can ensure to get a great value for money at Skynest. The property is amazing, clean, friendly staff and anytime of the day/evening or night people are highly service oriented to help and offer you assistance. The staff was great. The rooms very good, the restaurant great, views great, poolside area great. The location is also very convenient, and I like the fact that there is a well-stocked shop on the ground floor. This offers great convenience when staying at the apartment for shopping items you will need. The view of the city from the rooftop was great and we were able to view a great display of fireworks taking place across the city.

The pool can be heated to get a better swimming experience especially for children also noting that the roof top area gets quite breezy. The experience would be better if the pool was heated. The beds in the rooms should be fitted with both a sheet and a duvet so one can use their preferred cover choice. The duvet was quite warm but could get uncomfortable if one does not want to sleep with AC on.

The bottom line is this is an absolutely excellent location to stay, especially for quasi-independent travellers. There are some excellent restaurants, bars, and shops within easy and safe walking distance, and it is a short Uber to anywhere else you might want to go. The rooms were quiet and the beds comfortable, and the rooftop and pool are nice with great views.

The breakfast should really be improved; for a property that tries to be eco-conscious it is so wasteful to receive everything in plastic as a delivery to the room. Moreover, the food is just not very good because it has been made elsewhere and transported to you. We ended up just not ordering it after the first few days because even when we tried to just get fruit it ended up getting excessively packaged up.

The breakfast was very basic. But since the location is near to a lot of food establishments, you can skip breakfast from the hotel and head outside for various options. The place is also walking distance to 2 big malls.

We had 2 rooms. But the other room was not airconditioned. We came at a time when Nairobi weather is getting into the summer period, so it was quite uncomfortable especially in the afternoon in the non-aircon room.
