The apartment was immaculate, very well equipped and extremely comfortable. We had everything we needed for an excellent stay. The location was really handy for walking to and from different amenities, especially for our first visit to Nairobi. my daughter very much enjoyed the rooftop pool and I wish I had brought appropriate attire to use the really excellent gym. Breakfast was very good and we also ate in the restaurant for dinner one evening and thought the food was fantastic. If we come back to Nairobi at some point in the future, I will certainly be staying in these apartments.

Breakfast was great it was at slate the restaurant downstairs. Not too many options but it was decent. The hotel had quite a few ammenities, there is a rooftop infinity swimming pool which can never been too cold as it os high up. There is a small gym, games room and downstairs there is a shop to buy small things. You don’t even have to leave the place to have the things you need but the location is also great, in centre of westlands next to west gate and also sarit which are really great malls. Staff was great and let us keep our bags at the storage

The place was a little small, the dryer didn’t work too well. You have to use key card to use the lift which was a little inconvenient as it meant you had to take the key everywhere you went which can be awkward with more than 2 people in 1 apartment but it’s good for safety concerns, just wish they gave us 2. But this is a minor inconvenience. The price is also quite high and there are many similar apartments in Nairobi with bigger sizes but way less costly.

The staff was great. The rooms very good, the restaurant great, views great, poolside area great. The location is also very convenient, and I like the fact that there is a well-stocked shop on the ground floor. This offers great convenience when staying at the apartment for shopping items you will need. The view of the city from the rooftop was great and we were able to view a great display of fireworks taking place across the city.

The pool can be heated to get a better swimming experience especially for children also noting that the roof top area gets quite breezy. The experience would be better if the pool was heated. The beds in the rooms should be fitted with both a sheet and a duvet so one can use their preferred cover choice. The duvet was quite warm but could get uncomfortable if one does not want to sleep with AC on.

The bottom line is this is an absolutely excellent location to stay, especially for quasi-independent travellers. There are some excellent restaurants, bars, and shops within easy and safe walking distance, and it is a short Uber to anywhere else you might want to go. The rooms were quiet and the beds comfortable, and the rooftop and pool are nice with great views.

The breakfast should really be improved; for a property that tries to be eco-conscious it is so wasteful to receive everything in plastic as a delivery to the room. Moreover, the food is just not very good because it has been made elsewhere and transported to you. We ended up just not ordering it after the first few days because even when we tried to just get fruit it ended up getting excessively packaged up.

The breakfast was very basic. But since the location is near to a lot of food establishments, you can skip breakfast from the hotel and head outside for various options. The place is also walking distance to 2 big malls.

We had 2 rooms. But the other room was not airconditioned. We came at a time when Nairobi weather is getting into the summer period, so it was quite uncomfortable especially in the afternoon in the non-aircon room.

Enjoyed my breakfast, lunch and dinner at the Slate restaurant. The waitress Quinter was professional and pleasant and helpful with my meal and wine selection. The food at slate restaurant was delicious!!, there is a convenient grocery store at the reception that delivers to the room, and a chocolate bar with a variety or delicious chocolate flavours.

Throw blanket or quilt in the living room are would be good during the cold and rainy season .

Restaurant downstairs served really nice food and rooftop pool was nice. There’s a nearby market that sold souvenirs. Rooms were clean and spacious.

Breakfast was included but these were only at specific times. If you’ve got early mornings because of safari etc don’t bother selecting breakfast as they won’t be able to accommodate. A packed breakfast was promised to us the night before despite giving them a time then on the morning when we needed to leave nothing had been prepared which we understood because it was 5:30am however it should not have been offered.

The residences are new and spacious, and in a good location in the city centre of Nairobi. The rooftop pool has a beautiful view, and the gym is rather well equipped.

The breakfast service was very slow (took almost 45 min to get food), and overpriced as we had to pay 20usd per person for extra guests. They only gave us 1 key per apartment (where 4 people stayed) and it was needed to go up and down the elevator, making it a logistical challenge to move around. Also, there was no soap for washing hands in the apartments.

Excellent gym with great views of Nairobi skyline and a working steam room and sauna. Great location in a quiet street in Westlands near plenty of restaurants and shopping malls. The spacious apartment had a washing machine/dryer which worked really well as did the microwave and oven. The kitchen was stocked with the necessary, crockery, cutlery, cookware and utensils for a longer stay. Air-conditioned bedroom was a bonus.

The breakfast was okay; I didn't like that it was delivered to the door without the option of going to the cafe to eat. Because I booked on Booking.com, I struggled to get an invoice with proper details on it.

Spacious apartment with excellent decor. Very comfy and homely. The staff are very helpful with excellent customer service. The restaurant, Coffee shop and shop on the property are a big bonus!! I highly recommend it.

Some of the shower knobs are falling apart...they need replacing. Also the water pressure in the showers is low.
