The first thing I noticed was how kind the security staff are and how beautiful the hotel is. Checking in, the staff at Sankara were wonderful. The cleanliness and beauty of the hotel are impressive and overall it was a wonderful stay. Our rental vehicle had trouble with the battery and the security staff were extremely kind and helpful getting us back on the road.

I wish I had more time to stay at Sankara. It was a very positive stay.

In general I like the hotel, when I worked in Kenya I used to stay here, and I had fond memories. But my taste must have changed. The room we stayed at in seemed dark and old. Not really a luxury experience.

The design of our room was not up to the level we were expecting. The roof top was also not as inviting as I remembered it.

The staff were amazing, food was wonderful in all of the restaurants and the rooms were spacious and clean. The rooftop bar/restaurant with pool was a great little place to hang out on your own.

The music volume of rooftop bar at the weekend was far too loud and didn’t stop until 4am.

The staff are very welcoming and pleasant , breakfast is the best I have ever had, lots to choose from and lots of seating places indoors and outdoor ,Sharon the customer relations lady was a big big help and very friendly kudos girl you made our visit lovely .

Access to the hotel being through the parking area not so great since my guest had to walk for a distance while there is a gate like door at the front all sealed , we ordered room service and the food was not as great as eating in the restaurant .

Breakfast was very comprehensive and enjoyable. The room was very pleasant. The rooftop bar was excellent with some amazing live music that was brilliant. The food was delicious with an extensive menu.

Check in was really quite slow and the reception area has several people, some really quite very upset, complaining that they didn't have a room / the right room so perhaps you overbooked the Hotel?

The hotel is excellent. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a wonderful receptionist - Deborah, who's customer service was just top quality - with everyone working there delivering equally great service. In my experience a rare and special thing. I had an executive room, which gave me use of the executive lounge. Would highly recommend as a great place to work with a very welcome happy hour (actually between 5pn and 7pm) when complimentary alcoholic drinks and delicious food are available. Also the breakfast buffet is one of the best I've some across in any hotel. There's almost nothing they don't have on their buffet, including food from many different countries. Great roof top pool and well equipped gym. All in all a top quality hotel.

Would have liked the menus for the various restaurants to be available online as you don't know what's available until you go in and sit down.

When I arrived at the hotel the reception told me that my reservation does not include breakfast while it should include breakfast and the price for my reservations was too expensive then I had to pay extra money than what it was showing on booking

All round great. Not exceptional for the price but cant really complain. Staff are excellent. Beds are fantastic. Only thing is accomodation rate is expensive compared to newer properties offering same ammenities. Food is also good, again not brilliant for what you charged.

Super cosy ambiance, simply the best in Nbo, locationwise it is top. Front office team is very helpful and prossional. Next to Sarit shopping mall and other restaurants-markets.

Unique decor, great service, excellent breakfast, support of wildlife charity, gardens.

Bar seems to attract a certain female clientele. Room/bathroom decor slightly dated but in excellent condition.
