We loved being able to book two rooms side by side (last minute) for our large family. The balcony overlooking the salt water pool was great! Our kids loved the pool but it was a bit too cold for us adults. It would have been great to have the pool bar up and running but we were told that later in 2025 it will be! The included breakfast was really yummy and it was nice to see the menu change slightly each day. I got a massage on the top floor and it was a nice experience, but expensive.

One room had a microwave but the other didn't and we also ran out of fridge space (small fridges). The kitchen had absolutely nothing in it except a few cups/mugs. It would have been nice to have plates for ordering takeout, etc. The price of the rooms was just too high for what we got (and nearby places are cheaper with full kitchens).

The staff were exceptional at welcoming me and maintaining a highly professional warm service. They me feel comfortable and allowed me to enjoy a fantastic moment in Nairobi which was my first, but definitely now not my last. The hotel is fantastic with great food, very clean rooms and located in a location full of vibrant life. The pool, restaurant and spa I thoroughly enjoyed. I have only positive things to say about Bidwood Suites and the team that work there. I am definitely coming back to see them all and stay there

Bidwood's location was ideal for accessing all the modern facilities in Nairobi as well as experiencing local life. It's a 10m walk from Westlands Market and a 5min walk from Sarit Centre, making it an ideal location. I was upgraded to a king-size room at no extra cost, which gave me more of a home away from home feel and made my stay enjoyable. Both the customized breakfast and the buffet breakfast were excellent. This was my fourth stay at Bidwood, and I look forward to returning in the future.

Everything was great. Location, comfort, hotel cleanliness. Maureen went above and beyond in her service and made us very welcome and the security team was also very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, spacious, well equipped and the toilet was as well. Breakfast was great with variety and great coffee, tea, fresh juices and baked goodies.

Nothing much except one very few of the staff were not super friendly, particularly one male staff when we were leaving the hotel in the evening. Microwave in the room would be useful.

It’s a bit dated, the doors open and close loudly. You need to let staff know if you want a stove, pots and pans in the kitchen, otherwise it’s completely empty.

Unassuming but lovely property in a great location. The restaurant is also unassuming and breakfast could be better but the meal I had from the a la carte menu was amazing. The cleaning service was excellent and the lobby, restaurant and kitchen staff very friendly and helpful.

The lobby is very small. There isn’t really anywhere to lounge apart from in your room.

This is a nice little hotel, breakfast was good and staff were generally nice.

The room I was in needed renovating - the bathroom cabinet door was hanging off the hinge, the phone was beeping because of a low battery and the fridge hummed so loud it kept me awake at night. I also paid for a late check-out in advance, yet was still locked out of my room at the original time. Small things could have been improved. This room is not suitable if you need to work as the desk is too small. The larger one-bedroom suites are better.

We staid in this hotel second time , first in 2022 and second in 2023. Stuff is very friendly and breakfasts are very delicious ( not traditional European, but kenyan with indian touch) So far no complaints, only positive feelings, sincerely recommended.

all is fine Although..... we lived in a big suite with a kitchen. No kitchens stuff, no oven, no pans, so probably its better to reorganize this part, because we couldn't use the it ( didn't need too). For families with kids will be an disadvantage, i suppose.

The staff were amazing, the security, front desk, bar staff, kitchen staff, cleaning staff. they were all super friendly, efficient and professional

There was no microwave, stove or hob, even though the room advertised that every room had one. A hob and a toaster were provided after we complained but the hotel should not be advertising for facilities that weren’t available. Throughout our stay, there were no knives and forks available to us either.

I had a wonderful stay at this property! The rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff are incredibly courteous. The swimming pool areas is absolutely fantastic. Already booked my next stay here again.

The only improvement i’d suggest is to add more sunbeds around the pool, as they can fill up quickly
