First of all I like to think the duty manager she went way in both and beyond Neema Ahmed Duty Manager my last few nights she went way out of her way above and beyond unfortunately a lot of times people do not want to take the time just to give a review so I'm taking the time to give this review from a scale to 1 to 10 no I would give it a 100%, I highly recommend this hotel and I highly advise anyone please do not hesitate stay here from the staff housekeeping the desk from the bartenders the breakfast buffet everybody was kind and very very helpful and I give this hotel 100% and I encourage anyone to stay here you would feel welcome everybody goes way and above and beyond their job duties the last few nights of me being there I shared a moment with the duty manager Neema Ahmed Duty Manager they had a saxophone player and she did something very special for me and my girlfriend and it was beautiful and like I said a lot of times hotels you stay at the staff can be rude and ignorant no not here everybody is kind and caring and willing to help you I had a wonderful time I met some beautiful people staying at this hotel this is from the manager and she went around in the morning time just to make sure we were comfortable so I'm taking my time to explain my visit there wow wow wow I can't wait to come back and stay here and I'm just taking the time just to say thank you for everything from everybody from the hotel staff and even the security guards that stands from the gate everybody is speaking and saying hello and have a smile on their face and like I said earlier at this hotel everybody is willing to help you and to make your visit pleasant and happy God bless everyone that works at this hotel and all the managers and the staff that did the beautiful decoration on the table romantically and they made it very nice for my girlfriend and I share that with the duty manager and she went way above and beyond never I have experienced this at any hotel that I...

The central location on the same street as the Westgate mall is unbeatable. Modern facilities, a nice restaurant with a great breakfast buffet that included a mix of local and western cuisine. The rooftop pool looked amazing although I didn't have a chance to partake. Finally, I appreciated the 24x7 reception who were flexible with my early check-in and arranged a packed breakfast on my last day as I was checking out at 4am for an early flight.

While my room was really clean and well serviced every day, I couldn't help but notice that some surfaces outside the room e.g. ledges that you look over to take in the amazing atrium or the external views from the stairwells were really dusty. Nothing that a little focus on regular top-to-bottom cleaning can't address, but it took away from the overall "wow" experience that this stay was. Other than this I couldn't fault my experience.

I like hotels built around a light-filled atrium. They worked really hard to build a special personality around the Kingfisher theme. Breakfasts were excellent.

Lot of traffic noise.. Lifts perform poorly. I thought they were rolling up the blinds too early in the breakfast restaurant and the process looked like "and accident waiting to happen". I went to the upstairs bar on 4 nights. On each visit there was no one there; you couldn't even get a drink.

Property has been recently renovated so it looks really neat and tidy. The staff were exceptionally friendly, kind and helpful; right from the security guards to the reception and restaurant staff. Breakfast options were abundant and catered to different diets. Place has been recently renovated and it does look really neat and tidy. Really love the pop of colour, art work and furnishing in the lobby and common areas.

Nothing really. Areas of improvement could be providing an extra duvet for the cold days and perhaps serving laundry per load instead of per item especially for long term guests.

The atmosphere and the colored decoration is very nice. I also liked the way of decoration of this new hotel. All is new and very clean. Kitchen facilities were with pots, pans, cutlery, plates, cups and glasses, Even an Ironbox and a board was provided. Wardrobe and bathroom were spacy and well equiped. Soap, body lotion and body shower and shampoo was provided in refillable containers, means not plastic waste.

There was still a smell of new paint in the room, and the window had not mosquito protection. Leaving the windows open at night was nearly impossbile due to the mosquitos entering the room. And there is also no mosquito net at the bed. The water is still in platic bottles, and should be changed to glass bottles on the longer run for such a luxery HOtel, for environmental protection reasons. The swimming pool on the roof top was under clearning when I arrived around 6pm. They should schedule the clearning during the night hours, as I didnt find time aftewards to use it.

The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The studios are equipped with basics like a kettle, cups, glasses, toaster, stove which comes in handy. The location is awesome, it’s so close to many different places and it’s easy to walk to the nearest malls and restaurants. The breakfast was lovely!

There was a bit of construction going on at the property but we were informed in advance and it didn’t like much of a deal. It was only day time and it was quiet at night. Lunch menu had limited options if you’re lactose and gluten intolerant.

The place is beautiful with a modern aesthetic. They upgraded my room since it was my special occasion. I loved the service, the food(pizza and steaks 10/10) ambience, the rooms. It really is perfect getaway within the city. The staff is professional and rooms are very clean.

I would recommend separating the fine dining space away from the entertainment (TVs and pool tables) especially around football season. That way fine dining customers can enjoy themselves as well as the casual diners.

The building is relatively new and clean. It takes a bit of time for the shower to get warm, but it’s not a problem. Breakfast was also delicious. The big mall, Westgate, is quite close.

The noise was a concern. Music was always playing in the hallway until around 10 p.m. Also, since the building has an open atrium design, even after the music stopped, voices from guests who seemed to have arrived late at night echoed from the lobby all the way to our room, waking up my companion.

We couldn't believe the price we paid for this amazing place in Westlands Nairobi. Absolutely stunning. The views at night are nothing solhort of amazing. The breakfast was the absolute best. There is a variety of options at the hotel restaurant. The room is spacious and has a lovely balcony overlooking the city. The lady at reception Daisy was amazing. She was really helpful, professional and friendly. She really welcomed us to the hotel properly.

Nice and clean. Friendly and well trained staff. Smart TV with Netflix and YouTube, etc. Good breakfast. Nice pool and lounge on rooftop. Next to Westgate Shopping Mall.

Speakers right in front of my room (and everywhere) and they kept playing loud music until 10pm.
