Very nice location, secure surrounding, friendly staff, nice room

The all-day restaurant needs strong improvement. Half of the dishes on the menu were not available, the service staff forgot to pass on the orders to the kitchen in two occasions, the service was quite bad.

location was great for all facilities and shopping. The staff were excellent and very friendly they couldn't help enough.

Having reception on the top floor was a problem when the only lift was busy. Leaving through the basement garage was a bit of a problem when it was raining.

Spacious rooms, attentive service

Towels are threadbare, you had to wait over 10 minutes for hot water, the mattresses were short and the services in general have decreased in quality with respect to previous years

Size of the room. The location of the hotel.

There is no air conditioning. On wamvalue days, if the doors or windows are open, then mosquitoes come in. If one shuts them, the room gets uncomfortably warm.
