The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options with a distinctive touch of Indian cuisine that made the experience truly memorable. The Chef personally took the time to seek our feedback on some of the dishes, engaging with us courteously and professionally. The staff went above and beyond—filling my son’s bottle with extra tea for the journey home and even packing some yoghurt for the whole family. Their thoughtful gestures and warm hospitality were greatly appreciated.

Large room , office setting for two, bathroom, cleanliness. The view was wonderful. Near walking distance to two malls eating areas taxi etc, safe. Someone told me I could have walked to downtown and I laughed. But I think one can walk to downtown if one uses shortcuts because on my way to the airport I saw the bank we used while downtown. Location is excellent.

The so called restaurant or bar. Get rid of it and sell food by order or room service so that u can make great food. Repair the gum walls. Decorate that so called roof top meeting area, make it into a lounge. Please decorate and provide a nice waiting area. There is no waiting area!!!

The hotel demonstrated exceptional responsiveness during our communication with them. Despite experiencing a delayed flight, we consistently kept the hotel informed about the changing arrival times, and their responses were consistently prompt, positive, and accommodating. Our appreciation extends to the well-appointed rooms with connecting doors, which were not only neat and spacious but also boasted impeccable linen. The hotel's attentiveness further shone through when we sought assistance with the hot plates; their quick and helpful response was commendable. Based on this excellent experience, we would unquestionably choose to stay at this hotel again if we find ourselves visiting Kenya in the future

During our hotel stay, we found the food to be unsatisfactory, particularly in terms of variety for breakfast options. We observed a predominant focus on Asian/Indian cuisine, and we believe the inclusion of continental options could enhance the overall dining experience. I requested late check out as I had flight late in the evening but I was charged $40 for just 2hrs which is really too much compared to the daily rate I had paid for the room. The breakfast had limited options, some improvements needed. Lastly the bed comfort should also looked at.

No matter where you go you’re gonna have to eat and the rooftop restaurant is fantastic both of you and please eat a lamb chop from the chef who’s on after 2 o’clock or eat shish kebab and rice. Their food is now to die for no kidding.

Bow is on our eighth bit of restoration. You can’t sit outside like you used to other than that perfect place.

I love the accommodations. The prices are very reasonable. The staff is excellent couldn’t be better. The room was very clean. The security guards are very welcoming.

I was really displeased at the restaurant is now undergoing new management. I used to like the old restaurant and the set up and the food is kind of changed and not the best right now.

The cleaning staff used the same bedsheet for three days until I complained about it. The cleaning staff minimize the soap and other toiletries. They don't wash used glasses too. Also the room with the balcony has a microwave but no utensils. The breakfast is too limited. Same thing every day.

The hotel was really nice and clean, free wifi, we had a spacious room on the 8th floor with a balcony and a lovely view of the city. The location is amazing Ubers we’re so cheap as it was close to everything, bars, clubs, restaurants and the mall.

You have you let the water run in the shower for at least 10-15 minutes before you get hot water. No tea provided in the room just coffee which we don’t drink. Missing battery from tv remote. Sofa had some water stains it could use a good clean.

Ree As good as the hotel is, nothing beats customer service. Ree is the essence of Glam. I'm a repeat client simply because of Ree. Her service is above and beyond and whenever she's away, you can tell something's amiss. Either the room is missing towels, or bottled water or shower gel or something, but when she's there I never have to call housekeeping or room service or reception to request what's inclusive with the room, everything is just there. But the minute she's away it's like all hell breaks loose and it's a back and forth fight over bottled water or toiletries with the hotel. So please Glam promote Ree or change the hotel to Ree because she keeps things running smooth to make sure the hotel lives up to it's name.

There was only one SMALL toilet roll between myself and my partner and it finished by morning. We had to wait for housekeeping to give us one during morning clean up, I think had there been an extra one we would have been more at ease, but Ree wasn't there and had Ree been there that wouldn't have even been an issue.

The location is superb, a walking distance to the westgate mall where you can basically get everything, the room is clean, cool and comfy. A quite environment too.

Glam only provides complimentary coffee - no tea option,if you are a tea lover,carry along your teabags.Cleaners are annoying, make sure you put the ' do not disturb' sign on your door otherwise you will get an automatic wake up alarm from them.
