A very comfortable King Room; stylish and large. Staff were all very helpful and pleasant. The restaurant had excellent food and a large choice for breakfast and dinner. The cafeteria supplied an excellent takeaway of delicious sandwiches for lunch. The pool is nice and long for swimming laps. Bath robes and slippers were provided.

Noise from the occupants of the room next door could be heard through the connecting door. Thankfully it didn't continue through the night. The surrounding area seems quite deprived and does not feel safe for walking out. The area is undergoing a lot of building development.

Service was incredible. Unfortunately I fell ill during my stay but the staff looked after me so well, almost like I was a member of their family. The food was also quite good.

Lights in the room switched on on their own sometimes. It happened while I was sleeping so it woke me up. Also there was no dim light or night light in the bathroom so bright lights in the middle of the night would make it harder to go back to sleep. AC didn’t cool as well sometimes and settings were locked so couldn’t reduce the temperature or increase the fan speed.

A nice, modern hotel with a great location. The rooms are new, well-decorated, and comfortable. The food is tasty and of good quality. Very secured area and hotel.

Be aware that there is a construction site in front of the hotel. I chose a room facing inward to avoid the noise. Also, the pool was closed for maintenance during my stay—something that should have been communicated in advance. The mall next door is disappointing so don't count on it.

Very friendly staff and always up for helping upon our requests. The place is very clean and we were all felt comfortable during our stay. Only about 20 minutes away from Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. Access to places are also close. So saved a lot of time on transport. Overall it's a pleasant place to stay and I will definitely recommend to my friends and family.
