I stayed for a month and it quickly became like 'home'. This was due to the respect, kindness and caring support from ALL members of staff. My hearfelt thanks and gratitude to you all: Reception: Florence, Patience, Paula, Loise, Frederick, Anthony, Caroline, Denis and Queency - and the trainees ;) Fitness Trainer: John who was knowledgeable, supportive and encouraging; helping me to develop a great routine that would continue to support my recovery post-spinal op (last year). Premises team: Timon, Lucy, Idah and Jackson IT: Isaac and Ben Security/Concierge: Carolyn, Charles, Daniel and Jane Hotel Driver: Peter - who ensured I didn't have time to get bored...he consistently shared excellent local knowledge, times and venues to travel to. Over a very short time, we all developed great and lasting connections, it was sad to say 'goodbye' on the last day. The rooms/apartment and gym were well equipped and maintained; and the swimming pool was lovely - and gorgeous to be around, in the evenings - even when chilly! The restaurant/bar ('at' the hotel), 'Pili Pili', had lovely, professional and caring staff too. Thank you to Sharon, Sheila, Julius, Peter and Balu. The location was great, as it was easy to get to a variety of places, and the apartments are on top of a mini mall with great facilities (Food Court, Restaurants, Cafés, Supermarket and other shops).

Really roomy and nice apartment, comfortable and clean, well located, staff is helpful and polite. Good value for money with reduced price (offer) I got. Handy to have the mall below.

Breakfast buffet is very basic. They asked for a deposit for the apartment besides the rental price and did not cover exchange rate fluctuation despite me asking for this (they said they would). I also left some toiletry which could unfortunately not be found or returned (disappointing). The restaurant on the last floor turna into club at night so can be noisy (especially when residing on the higher floors).

It’s a new build, with friendly staff, in a great location with amazing views and fantastic facilities - supermarket and restaurants in the building.

There’s a night club on the top floor and either it or the apartments aren’t well sound proofed so you can hear thumping bass till 5am most nights. Also, being new, the apartment had lots of minor snags eg: - Curtains were missing (which the staff sorted quickly), - Some doors didn’t closing properly - The internet is slow (because some residents download excessively) - the Wi-Fi doesn’t reach all areas of the apartment due to the heavy wall construction - not all the facilities were up and running eg pool bar I believe the management will address all the little things but I’m not sure there are any plans to do anything about the noise.

Great Location, central. Having the Food Court and large shopping mall including supermarket in the same building was very convenient. Good bed. Nice kitchen but could have stocked some basics like salt and pepper and the first plunger or two of coffee, and tea bags

The air conditioning in the bedroom was great for going to sleep but shut off after a couple of hours. Bathroom floor got practically flooded from the shower’s bad design, no lip to keep the water in the shower pan. Kitchen had very little in way of staples to get us going- only sugar and instant coffee

Perfect location. Beautiful views and directly connected to the Mall for extra comfort if you need to buy groceries or quick bite. They have complimentary swimming pool, gym & sauna. Our room had kitchen, living and double bathrooms which made our stay even more comfortable. Additional thanks to the staff members especially, Samuel & Daniel who were additionally attentive and helped us with our needs, even helped us clean our luggage from the dust collected in safari. Thanks 🙏

Main entrance to the hotel is via an underground parking making it a bit harder to find the entrance, however not a big deal once you locate it.

Location perfect, altho we didnt get the room we booked for the 1st 4 nights they did move us as soon as they could. Super helpful recp team ... NOTHING was ever too much trouble for Florence she was a star!. These apts are fully serviced and all have great views. Safe Secure building and also attached to a shopping Mall ... so a Naivas supermarket, food eating halls (footy available) beauty salon #Dermacare, barbers, jewellery etc etc etc 2 pools, steam room, sauna and gym too (gym guy gave me a tour of facilities) Size of the apartments are huge!!!! We got a look at Studio, 1 bed and Penthouse. Many people live here so are very respectful neighbours. There is also a very nice restaurant poolside PiliPili ... fab staff!!!

No issues

This apartment block is 2 years old and is running super smoothly. aAll the staff are exceptionally helpful and do their very best to accommodate any wish. Security is tight but not officious, the gym is well equipped and the pool is heated. The apartment was very spacious with a reasonable sized balcony and great views of the GTC building opposite. A very comfortable bed and pillows. Sheets and towels changed every other day and cleaning 6 days a week. Perfect for a longer stay such as mine. Kitchen well fitted and fully equipped and bathrooms nice too. Really impossible to find fault especially with the shopping mall below for convenience. I very rarely give a 10 but this place definitely ticks all the boxes

It's not the cheapest place you will find but in life, you get what you pay for and this was definitely worth the money.

I loved the clean and spacious room. All staff were attentive and very helpful. The restaurant at the lobby was a favourite for a quick bite after long days of exploring Nairobi. The place is very secure with quick access to shops and nice cafes in the main part of the mall. Not noisy at all with lots of good light and amazing skyline views from the apartment. Honourable mention and thankyou to Samuel, Alfred and Charles for looking after us during our stay. Will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Nairobi.

Nothing. Everything was exceptional

The staff was courteous and professional. The building is immaculate and located perfectly where everything you would need is within walking distance. The room was clean and spacious, wifi, tv with full channel listing. The kitchen is well equipped. The bathroom was very nice also. The bedroom was also spacious, and the bed was comfy. The cleaning staff came every day to clean. It was a great overall experience. I will be staying here every time I am in the Westlands.

I had little to no concerns. Perhaps provide more bottles of water.

Close to the express way and other major highways. On top of a mall which was convenient to shop and dine out. Apartments were fully equipped with all that we needed for a self catering stay. The washing machine came in handy especially as we traveled with small children. Wash and dry option of the machine was also great to have since we travelled during the cold and wet season. Staff was excellent especially Florence at reception who was very professional and very friendly. The gym was well equipped with a health trainer on site.

The sauna was not always on and it took a long time to heat up. There rooms should be aired more regularly as there was a musty smell in the bedrooms.
