Nice, modern and safe apartment located not far from the city center. Comfortable bed, clean and furnished with all the essential. All the guys of the staff are great and super friendly (except the manager that has been quite rude in some occasions)

No common spaces or other basic facilities

Great, compact apartment situated behind security gates and with a guard. Reception was super friendly and helpful. Our room had a small balcony overlooking the street and a smart TV. Wifi was very reliable. Situated close to a FooodPlus supermarket. Kettle, fridge and microwave in the room.

The bathroom could do with some hooks to hang towels and clothes. There is a pub on the corner of the street, so if you are a light sleeper rather ask for a room that doesn't face the street. We stayed there over a Friday and Saturday nights so it was a bit noisy but not unbearable. Otherwise, perfectly adequate room for a few nights in Nairobi.

Nice apartments very well equipped. Very clean and staff always ready to support. Modern kitchen equipped with top quality pots/utensils. Hot water available. Security 24/7 and easy place to find with Uber. "Restaurant" available on site, but you have to make orders well in advance. I will definitely book here again during my next visit.

The first nights I booked the small/cheapest studio, which is very very small, too tight, no space for luggage, even in the toilet you can barely move. However I extended my stay and moved to the bigger studio (slightly more expensive): that was worthy! Much more space in the room, kitchen and toilet, and lots of light from the balcony. I would definitely suggest the bigger studio, in particular for more than 2 or 3 nights.

They save us, since we were in and apt nearby that suffered an electric outage and that was full of cockroaches. We called them and they provided us full assistance, being super professionals. The apt has a complete kitchen and a very decent bed and bathroom. A place to come back.

The position is not that great, even if it's next to the university and full of students. They payment method between Booking and the property was not well defined, but we were able to sort it out at the reception.

The stuff was very helpful and the guards so polite (all hotels have guards, even the budget) . A super market is near ( 2 min. walking) for anything. The room had facilities to cook, a big refrigerator, microwave, super. The neighborhood is... nothing happened, but we preferred not to walk there when it was dark, an uber or taxi is fine to leave you at your hotel. During daytime we felt safer of course to walk, but again we felt weird while passing some neighborhoods until centre, we stayed 3 nights, if someone stays longer maybe could have better opinion. Nice hotel though ( maybe something to hung a towel in bathroom would be great, maybe it was just ours 😁)

Stayed here twice. The location is excellent. Close to a supermarket and a 20 minute walk into the center. The apartment was quiet and sleeping at night was no problem. There is a local bar across the road but they close at 11pm. There is 24-7 security. Kitchen was reasonably well equipped and it was possible to cook. WIFI was excellent. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Hot water was available in the shower in the morning and the evening.

Pity that there was no dining table and also no writing desk. Making working difficult. But I didn't ask reception for this, maybe they would have supply one.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean! The staff was friendly and helpful. There is a fridge and cooking utensils, so you can prepare your own meals if you wish to. The location was fine. Nothing to complain about. And there is a balcony. There is a nice restaurant close by. I don;t remember the name, but the staff knows it.

Location overlooking the golf course. Pool and gym (which is not as bad as the reviews say, it is perfectly fine). Hot water (uncommon in properties in this price range).

The facilities are run down. But it is clean. Inaccurate description on booking,com. Location is wrong and do not provide most the items listed.

The staff was very friendly, the location seemed safe, and it was clean overall.

The bathroom needs a lot of improvements - poor water pressure, the toilet was without a toilet seat, and no hooks. There was some noise from the other rooms/neighborhood

Everything was super comfortable, a new premises and the city is easily accessible. We have Uber, bolt for transport. UberEATS and few more fr food delivery. Can also cook, full fledged kitchen in the apartment, supermarket is 4 mins walk.

Lack of fan (a table / stand fan) in non-AC rooms. Bathroom is new and we'll organized but the availability of hot water can be improved and made seamless.
