I traveled with my family and we were all very happy with our stay. The house was spacious. The staff were pleasant and professional in the way they handle matters arising. The host was always available to assist and rectify any issues. The overall service was superb and the rooms cleaned to high standards. The surrounding areas are quiet with only the sound of the river flowing alongside. Will definitely come back to this accommodation again in the future.

The security companies at the gate do insist that ID’s of visitors are left with them even after taking down their details. And electronic copies are not accepted either. This system is annoying and doesn’t comply with data protection rules.

The unit is huge and spacious, with all the ameneties you need for daily life: cooking, relaxing and doing your laundry. It is kept sparkling clean and was very comfortable to stay in, nothing luxurious but very cozy. The security is strict and keeps us feel very safe, but walking around to get food/groceries can be a challenge (this is Nairobi), so we used Uber all the time. Our host, Mark, was also very helpful and responsive to our requests, on top of being a very polite and nice person.

You can share one apartment with different people in different rooms so the Kitchen and Family room / Sitting room is shared.

The apartment was beautiful and I enjoyed my stay. The first ten days were perfect and the staffs really sweet, good location and very serene. Highly recommend

the 2 last days were somewhat chaotic with staffs not cleaning the apartment early, there was no light for several hours and the elevator did not work for 2 days making me have to carry my heavy loads from 3rd floor using staircase. It was just the last 2 days of my stay. Also, there is no AC anywhere in the house which was weird considering other nice amenities available. It was not a big deal because the weather at that time was breezy but might be a problem during hot weathers

The surrounding environment is so homely. It’s a peaceful and very refreshing.

The sink at the brushing area was blocked and the water was not flowing.

The apartment was big and modern. You share your kitchen and living room with the other “roommates”, but everyone has their own bathroom attached to the bedroom - the people we met there were very lovely, we made new friends and they even took us along on a night-out (they already stayed in Nairobi for a longer period, so they knew what’s safe and what not).

For some reason, the water in our apartment (they own multiple in the complex though) was a bit brownish - one of our roommates told us it’s been like that for weeks. Some of the staff used our apartment’s fridge, so sometimes random people just walked in and out of the apartment (no knocking).

The main staff is very rude - he has no customer service skills... requested for early checked like 4 weeks ago and he kept giving silly excuses... finally told me that early check inn must be paid for seperately - asked how much it was but he didnt tell me how I must pay to check in early... arrived in Kenya at 7am and was forced to wait until 1pm to check in. This is guy needs to go - he has no idea how painful it is to wait from 7am to 1pm without any alternative plan The internet is very weak in the Bedroom

The serene environment , safe, green and quiet neighborhood. And supportive staff

The access road section (approx. 100 sqm) to the property needs a facelift. I recommend paving. Otherwise, stepping out of the car and onto mud is no fun.

Spacious, clean, modern apartment at an excellent location; great value for money. The building is in a green neighbourhood along Riverside Drive, within a walking distance to the Naivas supermarket in Westlands Mall, yet quiet at night, for a good night rest. Also, good and reliable wi-fi. Staff are very kind and helpful. My colleague and I had each our own en suite bedroom, which could be locked, with a shared kitchen and large living room (had Netflix, if you want to stay in, in the evening). We cooked ourselves, and often had our meals on the balcony, with a nice view of the greenery. For us it was also very handy that there was another outside space with lines, where we could hang our washings. There is a third bedroom, where other guests sometimes stayed, which was fine with us, no issues whatsoever. This place was really a home away from home for us.

There was nothing we didn't like related to the accommodation. (The only thing that gave a problem from time to time was explaining the exact location to Bolt drivers, which is a common problem in Nairobi where addresses are imprecise, and GPS that cannot always locate you well enough.)

Spacious property with good value/quality ratio. The neighbourhood is safe and the building is under 24/7 security so you feel very safe. Just a heads up, we missed the information about place being shared with other guests, however you get your own private room with the bathroom and room can be locked with your key. Therefore we didn’t see it as a problem.
