The room is always tidy, clean and dry . Perfect hideout after a safari trip during rain season with terrible humidity in tent hotel. The cleaning staff and laundry delivery girl were amazingly friendly and eager to help. A big plus. The restaurant provides okay food at an okay price.

We stayed a week. Excellent bed/mattress and pillows Staff is dedicated and friendly Laundry service most diligent. Reception very efficient. Wonderful view from the top floor. Rooms are big, the bed is big, that’s great. The location in Kilimani is great for going to CBD.

The gym would need more care as well as the pool table on the top floor. The evening bar needs a renovation. There should be lamps on the night tables. Their absence is most regrettable. Rooms should be provided with aircon or fans. All messages are bilingual including Chinese. Why is the message for saving water (everywhere in the hotel) only in English?

This was my second time stay in Junior Suite (901 & 902) -- Spacious room with separate living room. Breakfast was good for Vegetarians. Cleanliness was also good.

1. There must be facility of twin beds, always you are not with family 2. Inner washroom must have hand wash basin 3. Big mirror in the room 4. Fruit basket available on all days of stay, why on first day only 5. Wifi was breaking frequently, this time 6. There must be table or luggage stand in each room since space is not an issue in suites

They do a buffet lunch and breakfast each day, with a nice selection of hot and cold items and a menu option for super.... the hotel is nice and clean. The staff are helpful and friendly and will help you sort out any issue you may have. The rooms have a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower and there is plenty of space for luggage. The rooms face the city center on one side and there is a roof top lounge area with pool. They have laundry for public use, which you provide the soap for use or there is the usual dry cleaning. You have gently slop to walk down to reach the city center ( 15 - 20 mins), the market and crafts areas located in downtown and a shopping area close to the hotel if you want to stay local. (2 blocks, it is just up the street at the major roundabout.)

I give this hotel a 10, because it's a great value for the money! The staff are amazing and my special thanks goes to Yvonne at the reception as she did us a great favor! All of the guys I interacted with - Yvonne, Dominic, Gilbert, Amon, Jackline, and others, were very polite! I truly hope that management is taking good care of them, because they really deserve it. This was my 3rd stay in this hotel and I will have a 4th one in 5 days, but the way I see it, I will be always visiting it when I'm coming back in Nairobi. Asanti guys!

I'd say that attaching a rubber hose to the shower head is not the smartest idea, because when it bends the water pressure decreases significantly. Also, the mount of the shower head was installed lower for whatever reason. I'm no Shaquille O'Neal, but I'm still 1.86m and I can imagine how taller guys will struggle even more.

The hotel is in a good safe quiet area. The security and staff are amazing. Their customer service was outstanding. Supervisors, Florence and Yvonne made sure our stay was very enjoyable and took very good care of us. They were very knowledgeable about the areas and suggested great things to see and tour. Again, the entire staff was outstanding. We highly recommend you check out this hotel for your next Nairobi Kenya booking!!!

The whole experience was excellent. Room, dining room, breakfast or dinner, bar overlooking the front, rooftop sunbathing, staff excellent, location excellent. I must mention restaurant manager Ruth and front gate man Nixon as stand out. Professional, helpful and courteous in the extreme. Nixon organised and brought my newspapers to my room before 7am every morning. Great with my morning tea. I liked that the hotel has conference people in it on a regular basis - this gives the true impression of business development in Kenya.

Everything was great here, especially in regards to the price. The buffet was excellent, the staff were very nice, systems were good, room was spacious and clean and the pillows were AMAZING. Comfort was 10/10. And the blackout curtains… SO good. The price point was great for this experience.

We could hear our neighbours through the wall a bit but other than that there is nothing to complain about. We really enjoyed our stay. Oh, maybe some attention needs to be paid to the treadmills in the gym. Two were sticky and the third we couldn’t get working.

- Location is perfect - the amenities they provide=awesome! Including your own toothbrush and paste per night. Let alone the other small details around. - the breakfast was so nice. We stayed for 3 nights and each day there was some changes to the main menu which is nice. - the front office were really helpful, they assisted me in waiving off my cancellation fee as I had initially made a mistake and booked a single room instead of double. They went against their cancellation policy and agreed to waive off. Thank you. - the bed was really comfy - I was so happy to see an arabian shower in the toilet!! Yay! - definitely coming back!!

- the floor was abit dusty the first day we checked in which was at around 5:00pm. But we didn't bother to make a fuss about it as we were really tired anyways. - you should provide an Iron box for every room. I know the front office most probably had one if we had requested but it's always good to have one per room (we had brought our own as backup, thank God). - PLEASE DONT ADVERTISE THE ROOMS AS SOUND PROOF. THEY ARE NOT SOUND PROOF (MAYBE JUST A LITTLE, BUT FOR US, A TOTAL NO. NOT SOUND PROOF).......ROOM 505

I start by highlighting the good treatment of the staff, like all Kenyans, very cordial and always willing to help you! Thank you!!! The hotel is located in a very nice, clean and very central area. Breakfast at the hotel is very good and abundant. The room was small for 2 people and the beds were very hard, you really can't rest...and that is what is needed after an intercontinental flight like in our case or after safaris, therefore I recommend taking action on this. The bathroom flooded because the drainage did not work well and we had problems with the water and there was almost no hot water, bathing in the early morning to go on the safari was torture because it was cold in Nairobi. I really think that the price of the room is very high for what it offers.
