room breakfast I liked everything about the hotel. The staff was courteous and caring. The cleaning lady asked for permission to service the room and cleaned it well. The staff would greet you whenever they see you for the first time. I am a vegetarian and if I skip a veg option during breakfast, the cook would recommend that option that I should try it, it's veg. It felt as if they cared that the guests ate well. It felt good.

Actually, I liked it as it is. I am an Indian and a vegetarian. I have very specific tastes which are difficult to satisfy so I wouldn't say that the hotel should change their Menu. A microwave in the room or in common area would have helped.

The hotel is conveniently located - central but not in the middle of traffic jams - and run by attentive and welcoming staff. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with comfortable beds. Fast wi-fi, decent pool and gym.

The bathrooms are nice but taps and plumbing could use a refresh; it takes a long time to get hot water. Breakfast is assaulted by large groups of safari-goers between 6 and 7 AM, meaning they run out of many items during that hour. Room ceiling is strangely low, which isn't an issue but makes the room feel less spacious than it actually is.

I liked the location of the hotel, It made it easier to get around. The room was clean and the facilities were great but what made the biggest difference was the staff. They were really kind and very responsive and went out of their way to ensure we were very comfortable during our stay.

The only thing that wasn't great is that they charge additional delivery fees on top of your meal when you order room service. Being that the meal prices are high in terms of the standard of Kenya, it didn't make sense to charge delivery fees for bringing food up 2 floors from the restaurant.

It is an affordable and rather nice hotel near the centre of Nairobi. I had a lovely room on the top floor with a lovely view. I enjoyed the pool and I think all the basics are there. I was there a bit in the off-season so it was a bit quiet. It provided a fantastic starting point for all the excursions I wanted to do.

The room is a bit dated (especially the bathroom), but it is still alright. The restaurant was not very impressive, but it was a slow season, so maybe they up their game a bit at other times. Staff were kind (even if they forgot my request for a take-away breakfast on the one day I ordered it).

The hotel was very clean, central, easy to get to. the staff were very friendly in helping with any requests for example helping to book excursions out of hours, and letting me use towels and facilities after checking out for a late night flight. The room was clean and tidy and they provided shower necessaries. Breakfast and pool area were also good.

Very clean, excellent soundproofing, attentive and friendly staff. Requests were promptly fulfilled. Everything was great.

There were several small faults in the room, but we immediately asked for help and were offered to move to another room, but we refused because these faults were not critical for us.

Stayed multiple nights at the beginning and end of our safari. Rooms were clean. Had to ask for additional towels but were delivered expeditiously. Nice breakfast buffet in the morning. Hard to beat the price for what you get!

Power goes off when you leave the room so it takes the AC a while after you return to actually have a pleasant temperature in the room.

I'm a repeat guest in Heron Hotel and this goes back to early 2000. While I've experienced afew things every any other time,the Heron Court Hotel has maintained it's cleanliness and very polite staff even after several changes of management. The bar is average but this time round the kitchen has changed ,well Corona period changed everything everywhere in the world,so I'm sure it will improve to the original standard. Looking forward to more joyful returns.

I never got to swim in the morning because the pool was dirty (understandably,it was raining steadily for days before I landed).

Nice hotel with great character. Nice staff and cute rooms. Benard Ochola, Duncan and Fridah were really nice and helpful. They made our stay wonderful . The gym and steam room are great too! We loved it and Paul and the staff there were also wonderful.

Cosy hotel with rustic ambience and decor. The room was very spacious. Breakfast was good and there is a nice outdoor cafe open all day where you can get light meals, drinks etc. Great location close to CBD. Pool also looked very nice but I didn't get a chance to use it.
