Lenana Suites is easily the best stay I've had in East Africa. Amazing, kind staff, stable internet, quiet, extra clean facilities, great location. It's easy to tell that management "gets" it. The rooms are designed well for business travellers, and the water pressure in the shower was great. You can sit on your private balcony and have tea, cook yourself, or order from the kitchen. For single women travellers, this is a safe property. They've thought to put lights over each door and hallway and CCTV and gate are staffed 24/7. I came home from dinner late and felt completely safe. Every single item is cleaned, including throw pillows, which are washed regularly. Towels are actually soft and clean, and completely sanitized. Laundry room has plenty of machines for you to use 24 hours, or they can do laundry for you. Wifi was fast. Pool and restaurant area are so relaxing and peaceful...you'd never realize you are steps from Yaya Centre and CJs! And honestly, the best part is the staff--so kind, welcoming and thoughtful. Only that the weather was too cold for me to actually get in the pool! They could consider a mattress topper to make beds a bit softer, but firmer beds are the norm in EAC, so I'm used to it.

The property is located within a walking distance to Yaya Centre mall and other shops. It is safe to walk in the neighbourhood and other transport links are good. There is good security and the place is clean with good higeine standards - our key was sanitised each time before hand over. The staff were brilliant (can only remember Mark's name but there were others). And the pool was clean and ready to use. We ordered breakfast one day and this was well prepared and good value for money. There are TVs in the room and DSTV. There is also well kept linen, nice showers, good decor, comfortable beds and reliable Wifi

The gym is small but functional. We didn't use the pool changing rooms as they were darkish and although clean they didn't look like they were used much

Very comfortable accommodation with friendly and helpful staff (Joyce is a superstar), spacious rooms with balcony, good meeting room, nice outdoor area at the pool, and a basic gym.

The accommodation is located in a busy area. On the first night, we had a room close to the road, so we asked to be relocated to another room.

The location was a walking distance to my workshop venue, and also very close to shopping centres and restaurants. The staff at receptions was very helpful and kind, thanks to Mama Rose for the warm welcome.

I didnt like that the taxi service that one of the staff members recommended was a rip off/too expensive. I recommend guests rather use Uber for moving around and avoid the taxi at all costs!

Great location.

The apartments could have more items such as condiments in the kitchen. It’s basically cutlery and pots. If you’re staying for 2 days and would like to cook something you’ll have to buy all the items required which defeats the purpose of renting an apartment. You want that home away from home feeling.

A great place made even better by wonderful staff. I highly recommend Lenana to anyone. I travel to Nairobi frequently, and have stayed many top hotels - they most all wonderful, but on cost and quality, I think Lenana comes right on top.

I wish they had some type of breakfast service besides the pay on order service. Because they have to make each meal order as they are requested, it take so long to be made and deliver.

Large clean room with lounge area and kitchen... they also have a outdoor eating area next to the swimming pool. Staff are very friendly.. There’s a nice restaurant called CJs nearby that do amazing breakfast and dinners with very big portions.

They should provide shampoo and shower gels like most hotels and apartments do.

The room was very clean and the staff super attentive and friendly. The location was great as it was 3 minutes walking distance from my office location. I find the neighborhood safe and practical, with a shopping center in 10 minutes walking distance and some restaurants nearby.

Having been there before, I felt home. Thank you for maintaining the standard ❤️ I liked everything from staff, support, room cleanliness, food and drinks, quiet environment, connection to taxis and the list is endless.
