The location was right near city market. The staff were friendly, no mosquitos and the breakfast options were good. Room was a decent size and it was walking distance to most places to visit in the city.. plenty of places to eat around the hotel and also a supermarket was just a few meters away.

My room was in the 4th floor where there was a very noisy renovation going on. The room door lock was not secure unless I locked it with a key. The bathroom fittings were falling apart. These are all cosmetic issues that can easily be fixed.

the hotel is in a prime location and easy to access too, very good stay and all the staff were very polite and friendly .. the rooms were very good and the complimentary food was simple and I liked it

I don't know why, there were no fans or AC in any room of the hotel and the rooms were quite small in size.

MAY BE THAT THE ROOMS WERE NOT VERY GOOD SOUND ISOLATED, BUT THE ROOM NR 3 WAS VERY GOOD.

The location was beautiful, the food at the restaurant was good and at a fair price.it was clean and the restaurant staff were kind and respectful.

The beds and the beddings which had full of stains, when I paid in Kenya shillings I was over charged, their excuse was because booking. Com takes commission in US$, so I have to pay 1 $ @Shs148/= instead of 1$ @145/= according to exchange rate at the time of my arrival.

It is my second time here and , as well as last time, staff has been very welcoming and does everything to make your stay memorable... room are clean and with all you need, it is in a central position, safe to walk around and visit the city or even just get everything you need before escaping for the safari. Supermarket and local restaurants at walk distance, just in front of the city market

An unexpected bonus is the very good restaurant on the 2nd floor, which is open from 6 a.m. until 10 p.m. every day, and serves fresh healthy food and excellent cappuccino. The menu choices are extensive and appealing. The prices are modest. Friendly service.

I changed rooms because the lights weren't working properly, and toilet needed a repair. (Which was done.)

Breakfast was good. A wide selection to choose from African Breakfast, Italian, English and Special Somali and Arabic dishes on offer. Get a taste of the juicy and mouth-watering Arrosto and Alleso... You will always be asking for more! The location is also strategic for those who want to enjoy the City. It is right in the CBD of the Capital.

You should not make residents to pay for the use of the boardroom for personal Zoom meetings, at least when the room is just empty and has not been booked by anyone for use. The location just next to the City market may not be very ideal for those who want the silent environment of out of Town.

The spontanes help andfriendlines of the Staff. Good food even served when you came late.You feel at home and that in a different culture. This hotel shows the wundervoll together of cultures and religions in Kenya which I miss a litten bit at home in Switzerland.

A fridge wold be wonderfull! I think room Nr.3 and Nr 2 soul be more Sound isolated from each other.

The place is right in the center of CBD. We stayed for a night for our Safari trip the next day. I would consider it as a basic hotel, but should do the job. Comfy enough for couple nights stay but not longer. There is access to hotel restaurants and they seemed to have varieties of delicacies. Overall, im satisfied.

Comfy room, with good and hot shower. Good Wi-Fi in the room. Delicious breakfast, with big variety in the menu. Helpful staff! Nice neighborhood.
