The staff did their very best to welcome us and worked with us to stay.

Hotel did not have air condition, fridge or its own lift. Fridge at request was provided. Suggest one lift be assigned to floors 9 to 16 only.

The hotel was very nice with modern finishes. The room was very comfortable. I appreciate they provided free water bottles every day. The views from the hotel are pretty nice, as the hotel is in the high floors of a building. There is also a restaurant opened throughout the day, with nice options. The staff were very kind. I took the airport shuttle they arranged and it was a great service. They allowed me to make a very late check-out in the evening for half of the price of the daily rate. Some reviews mention the issue that the hotel is located in a tower with several other business and the elevator would take a long time, but honestly it was nothing dramatic and didn't bother me at all. The hotel is located in a very busy area, but at the same time it's very central to go to different places. I also felt the hotel was very safe, with guards downstairs, cameras and doors that only guests could pass through. Overall for the quality of the modern rooms and the price I think it is a great option.

During my stay the wifi didn't work for almost two full days, but I believe it may not be the hotel fault (the wifi was normally very fast). Although it was a big issue as I didn't have data on my phone, they were very kind in apologising several times for the issue.

The beach was very nice, clean, sandy. Staff were very nice and helpful. Food at the hotel was very tasty ; breakfast was included and we could ask for what we want also my friends and me tried lunchs and dinners and all was good. You can see the chef while he cooks and it was super clean. We were there mid of June so the beach was almost empty so we had quite time and felt as of we are on a private beach. The hotel and area is green with many trees and I saw monkeys 🥰

The hotel is still under renovation but this didn’t bother us but you could tell that few things are not yet completed ; for example we signed on a policy paper that says there is a money safe box but there was not, there is no mirrors in the rooms, no waste basket ( they brought when we asked) .

This hotel is very conveniently located, all my tours could find me easily, it's surrounded bg everything you could possibly need during a trip, salons, malls, clubs, fast food restaurants etc. The staff at the hotel were exceptional! Shout out to the receptionist Jeremy and restaurant staff especially Ben who was just simply wonderful. The building is very secure as there are security guards on duty 24/7 and they are so polite and helpful. Awesome stay overall... value for money!

I recommend a full body mirror in the room, I was unbale to see myself after to getting ready as there was no mirror and also there was no AC in the room that I booked, I'm not sure if you'll get AC with other rooms. It was summer time so it got a bit warm in the nights.

The room, the linen, towels, TV-entertainment, cleanliness, privacy were all great!! The only problem I had was with the shower mixer that was not working well and would bring very HOT or very COLD water. The shower head would spout too much water and the glass separater was not clean. Otherwise I really ENJOYED my stay at Hotel Mokka City very much. It’s very clean, the staff are friendly, the food was very tasty and I had all the TV entertainment that I needed.

The bathroom showers and mixer should be fixed and the bathroom floor and glass should be cleaned better.

Absolutely clean facility love everything about it. The security is absolutely amazing private floor .Everything is closer to you even a main grocery store if I compare to North America stores it's like the Walmart it has two floors. I will recommend anybody that's coming from North America or Europe to use this place. The rooms are decent size private washroom.

To be honest is nothing about the hotel I did not like but it's cheaper for anybody that's coming from Canada to use booking.com because the hotel uses the US currency for asking Canadians it's really expensive for us to convert our money to US currency. I hope this review helps anybody that's coming from Canada🇨🇦 or around the world

Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner were always great, and the service staff were friendly. I loved the brightness in the clean rooms, and the general security seemed to be good. A week of my stay well spent!

If I could think of anything negative, it would be only the waiting time for the lifts during the rush hours, since the hotel area in the top floors was located within the same building complex as other offices, which meant that the two lifts are used by other offices in the building.

What a great hotel! I stayed there a few times and enjoyed it very much. The room and en suite bathrooms are really comfortable with a telephone in the room which made it very easy to contact reception at any time I needed anything. There was always plenty of hot water and the wi fi worked well. The room is cleaned every day and always spotless. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They kindly let me leave a bag at the hotel when I went off on safari for a few days. The restaurant serves lovely food and has a great view over the city. The location is perfect and security is excellent with security guards at the entrance and exit of the hotel. I definitely recommend this hotel which is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at.

Nothing really. The only thing I think I could say is that it would be good if the restaurant stayed open later than 9.00pm.

This was our first trip to Nairobi, Kenya.The Facility was extremely clean and accommodating. The staff was very Professional, friendly, hospitable, and kind. I enjoyed dining in the hotel restaurant, the food was delicious, reasonable and GMO free. Ben and Vince made the best beverages and provided wonderful suggestions to make our anniversary a once in a lifetime experience in Kenya. Jennifer , Briel, Emily, Steve, Zamzam was so helpful and a joy to be around. If you are looking for a place to stay in the metropolitan of Kenya and want to feel the beautiful vibes of Kenya , this the right hotel. I almost forgot Paul and Peter was great too they got us to our destinations safe with a smile. My husband and I will cherished this memory, still missing, Hotel Mokka and grateful for their kindness and generosity forever, Daryl and Kelly 🤗❤️🥰

The location is in the CBD. For those wanting to be in the centre, like me, the location is perfect. Even if in the centre, where there is traffic, it was ok, as the hotel starts at 13th floor and rooms are from 14th to 16th (mine was at 16th). Some music during weekends could be heard but not bothering. Staff is extraordinarily helpful and kind. Hotel is clean.

I cannot say there was something specifically I didn't like. There was an issue with my entrance door, but management did their best to address this. It is a bit annoying with the elevators, as there are only 2 in a tall building, where there are several other businesses besides the hotel and thus a lot of people are going up and down. There should have been at least one more elevator or maybe the hotel to have one dedicated for them.
