We recently stayed at Hemak Suites and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is conveniently located in Nairobi CBD, offering a peaceful and clean environment. The rooms exceeded our expectations, and the staff provided excellent service. We were delighted to be spoiled with an Oriental English breakfast at the on-site restaurant, which was a delightful culinary experience. The chef's expertise was evident, and we thoroughly enjoyed every meal. Additionally, the fact that the restaurant closes at 11pm was convenient for us, allowing for a relaxing dining experience after a busy day. We look forward to visiting again in the future.

I wanted a place to stay in Nairobi as I was late in town, way later than usual. Traffic was a guaranteed nightmare, and the thought of facing an empty fridge at home wasn't exactly appealing. Most restaurants shut down early in Nairobi, so finding a decent meal at this hour seemed like a distant dream. Luckily, I remembered Hemak Suites! Hemak Suites came to the rescue on multiple fronts. A warm welcome from the staff soothed my frazzled nerves, and the check-in process was a breeze. My room was a haven of comfort – clean, quiet, and perfect for unwinding. The real surprise: the 8th-floor restaurant! Open late and serving incredible food, it became my late-night savior. Who knew you could find such a gem in Nairobi at this hour? Hemak Suites saved the night with a comfy room, fantastic food, and friendly staff. Highly recommend for any Nairobi dweller stuck late at the office!

Traveling internationally can be stressful, and my trip to Kenya was no exception. My flight got delayed, leaving me scrambling to get to the hotel after a long journey. Luckily, Hemak Suites offered a lifesaver - their airport shuttle service! A friendly driver was waiting for me upon arrival, whisking me away to the hotel with a smile. And to top it all off, I had pre-booked a meal in anticipation of a late arrival. Walking into the room and finding a delicious, hot meal waiting for me? Pure bliss! It was the perfect way to unwind and feel instantly at home, even after a chaotic travel day. Hemak Suites truly understands the needs of weary travelers!

Eyyy wakenya! Just got back from an epic staycation with my crew at Hemak Suites. This place is fire! The rooms are super clean with comfy beds, perfect for kicking back after a day of adventures. But the real MVP? The brand new steakhouse on the 8th floor - open late night, saving us from those hanger attacks! Shoutout to the amazing chef - the steaks were incredible! Big ups to the Wi-Fi too, it's lightning fast - our Nairobi pics uploaded in a flash. Seems like everything's running smoothly, and the staff were awesome - so friendly and helpful, always there with a smile. Overall, Hemak Suites is a fantastic place to stay in Nairobi - highly recommend it! Especially if you love a good steak!

Hey everyone! Just got back from another incredible stay at Hemak Suites in Nairobi. Remember how much I raved about it last year? Well, it's even better now! They've seriously upped their game. There's this amazing new steakhouse on the top floor - 8th floor - that's open super late, like 11 pm. Perfect for those nights when hunger strikes and you just gotta eat! And guess what? The Wi-Fi is even faster than before (which is saying something because it was already great). Plus, I think there's new management because everything just felt so smooth and on point. Seriously, the staff are still fantastic - so friendly and helpful - and the whole stay was just amazing. If you're looking for a great place to stay in Nairobi, Hemak Suites is definitely the spot!

The front desk staff, Jane was amazing. Made my arrival so welcoming, friendly, even though I arrived late night. She was a gem. She arranged for my "quick to go breakfast " as I was in a haste in the morning. She even arranged for my ride/Uber. Ohh, loved the breakfast too. The rates are fair and justified.

Just so you know, the hotel reception is o. The 4th floor, there is a nice working elevator, and the staff were very helpful with my 5 pieces of luggage. The shower head could use a little adjustment to aim towards your head. The water when taking a shower, could use a barrier not to run off out the bathroom door. Water pressure and hot water was fine. I forgot to ask if the instant heater shower head worked(looked 😳),but I could swear the hot water was from a tank. I forgot to ask, but it was hot 🔥. Can't complain there. Just am observation.

I arrived at the gate, the staff were incredibly professional and welcoming. They genuinely cared about making my stay perfect. But the biggest highlight was their amazing safari option. Let me tell you, these guys know their stuff! They took me on a personalized adventure to Nairobi National Park. Seeing lions and giraffes up close was awe-inspiring, and the guides were incredibly knowledgeable, pointing out all sorts of hidden gems. Hemak Suites truly elevated my trip from a vacation to an unforgettable experience.

The facility is amazing - well constructed, nice and suitable beds, enough room size, great and clean bathroom. Rooms are well clean, secure, with a high level of hospitality. We have been treated well by you employees - Ben and Ester, they are super. I liked the location of the facility as it is in the CBD which makes it easy to access everything you need.

As the facility is in the CBD, it is located near night clubs which create a bit of noise in the night but this is not a issue of Hemak only, it is a general issue for all hotels located in the CBD.

My friends had forgotten their camera and binoculars at the room when they left the hotel. The front-desk receptionist promptly and honestly returned the same to me. This needs to be greatly appreciated in the current situation in Nairobi.

Hot water system could be improved. Water was not dispensed well on the first morning. The fault was with the heating system. Solar water dispensation is good but on cloudy and rainty days it is not much useful.

The receptionist, Ms Jayne was a superb professional. She was very helpful and I never had to wait for answers. She's quite knowledgeable about the downtown and surrounding areas. The rooms were very clean and the cleaning staff was very polite and courteous. The bed, oh my! The bed was so comfortable that I'd overslept every morning! The breakfast was great and both the cook and the waitress (Ms. Hilda) were true professionals.
