Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the staff from Winnie, Lillian, Margaret, Grace, concierge, Sam and all of the team in security they are all awesome . I won't forget the house keeping Staff too they are all fantastic. Mary in the massage and Spa section of the hotel was proffessional and wonderful. I have no bad word to say and would like to encourage all staffs to keep up the excellent work. Thank you

Food was delicious and prepared fresh. I complimented the two chefs. Security was excellent and exceeded my expectations. Security escorted me for short walking distance to get food. All hotel staff were extremely kind,helpful and professional.

No microwave in rooms but staff assisted me to heat up my food from kitchen microwave. No refrigerator in rooms but staff facilitated to arrange a refrigerator for my room so I could keep my medication cool. Wireless internet connection kept dropping and slow which made it difficult for communication.

the room amenities were perfect, the location of the room was good and quiet with a good view of the city, the breakfast was good and served well and on time. The staff were very helpful and resourceful.

The parking was a bit crowded

The Hotel is very clean and all the staff members are helpful.The security personnel are very alert and always assists when near to the Hotel. I especially like to mention two incidents which made me rate Hotel very Nice. First was the security personal accompanying to some 400 meter away location as escort to me due to security reasons in the area. Secondly, the chef in the breakfast for 3 days in a row prepared French fries for me as I was pure Vegetarian and requested for pure Vegetarian food.

The area seemed to be one with trouble brewing under, which could be the reason security is kept at the Hotel and Hotel connected cafe. Secondly, I was with the impression that the booked room would have by default the Air Conditioning system, but I was surprised when the hotel representative told they don't have Air Conditioning in any of the Hotel Rooms.They however, surely brought the standing fan unit,which served the purpose of Air circulation. Thirdly, being Indian I was of the impression that Western toilet would have water jet system, but here it was only tissue paper to serve the purpose.

Staff was very kind and helpful. Early checkin was possibble and free, I appreciate it very much. Hotel is in the heart of Nairobi central business District, walking distance from massai market, Kenyatta monument, KICC view tower. A very cheep Naivas supermarket is some minutes walk. Comfortable room, bed, hot shower. Breakfast was very good, mainly the fruits and jujces. Waitress was very smiling and kind.

There were mosquitos in the room. It was not enough socket in the room.

Surprisingly the hotel was good, so simple but completed of i looking for and really convenience because of the location and the price that i paid. My room was big, The staff were helpfull and friendly. So i was happy with these.

Internet or wifi connection was so hard to get especially when stayed at upper level.

Staff were incredibly generous and caring.

The traffic off the street on Moi Avenue kept me from falling asleep.

the better question is why did they like me? Why did I get along with everyone? I feel like I made friends.

I didn't like the fact that I misjudged when I was supposed to leave and couldn't say good bye to everyone

It’s in general a wel put together property

The carpet could use a make over or a deep cleaning service. While the WiFi appeared to be weak in some room(mine). That could be solved by using room WiFi extensions or multiple floor extensions to provide a stable connection.

The reception staff was awesome and welcoming. The booking person Rose was excellent with her customer service skills. The travel desk was very helpful with Grace taking care of our travel needs. She did a great job of arranging the Masai Mara tour for us.
