I recently enjoyed a two-day stay at Merica Hotel in Nakuru, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring every need was met with a smile. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-appointed, providing a relaxing retreat after exploring the beautiful surroundings. The dining options were excellent, offering a variety of delicious meals that catered to different tastes. The hotel's central location made it convenient for accessing local attractions. Overall, my stay was delightful, and I highly recommend Merica Hotel to anyone visiting Nakuru.

The parking lot something should be done. It's giving gari kulala nje vibe. Understand I come from nairobi kenya and was raised in eastlands buana.

We liked it all. The location was great, in the center in a very clean area next to a beautiful park. Perfect to walk around for us. The staff were super nice and helpful with everything we needed. The room was very big, with wonderful view and perfectly equipped. The swimming pool was big, clean and surrounded by a nice area to sit and relax. The restaurant is also very good. And it has a cafe and a nice central area to sit.

The location is very good, nearby to everything. The staff is amazing, always great you with a smile and they are very helpful. The food is good to, and you sleep very good in the beds.

It would have been nice to have a bit more seperate pool-area, only for the people who wants to get some sun or take a bath - so you can get more privacy.

Location is central with shopping mall nearby to get currency or sett up cashless mpasa as national park does not accept currency in any form. All staff very helpful to advise on this. Place is clean with lots of fruit choices good quality coffees. Good value for money. Beds very comfortable. Good size pool. We would come again.

Not enough power in shower.

I liked everything about the property but the parking,they should invest in an indoor parking that's spacious and has shade. Also, they should consider having bath robes and slides/slippers at the rooms. Aside from that,I enjoyed my stay....breakfast was phenomenal.

The room, the hotel amenities and the location were perfect. The price was also very reasonable and the staff very pleasant and helpful. My wife and I were there for several nights and we’ll certainly stay there on our next visit to Nakuru.

The shower was not draining well in my room, so it got a bit flooded, My room was facing the street I therefore heard vehicles hooting in the morning.

Very comfortable and spacious accommodation. Breakfast was good. Decent location but parking space is small. Overall good value for money.

The rooms were comfortable and cozy,the staff were helpful when needed and the food was outstanding. I also tried out their spa services 10/10 will definitely come back.
