The food here was 20/10. The chef here is amazing! I loved the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms as well as the provision of a kettle, coffee, sugar and bathroom supplies. The staff were amazing and super ready and willing to help and even beyond their normal job routine, provide information regarding places to visit outside the facility.

Hot shower was a bit problematic on the days I was there but was provided with an alternative by the staff. The pool situation should be improved. Being one of the selling points of the hotel on the website, it was disappointing to find it was not functional and it is also quite small.

I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was impeccably clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help with a smile. One of the highlights was the breakfast – it was fresh, delicious, and offered a great variety to start the day off right. The Wi-Fi connection was reliable, which made it easy to stay connected during my stay. The shower had consistently hot water, which was a welcome comfort after a long day. The hotel’s garden was maintained, offering a peaceful spot to relax. I also felt very safe throughout my stay, as the security measures in place were excellent. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a comfortable, safe, and welcoming place to stay.

The room was not ready when we got there despite booking 3 hours earlier before we arrived. The wall of the room had some white stuff..couldn't even take pics. The parking slots are so limited. Parking overnight was a nightmare. Would never go back there again

Location: 5 min from the Nakuru Lake gate. The staff was EXCEEDINGLY helpful, way beyond anything expected. Any problem you have whatsoever, they will solve it for you. The hotel is brand new, modern, spacious, well equipped, clean and esthetic. Huge pool with water slides. Gated private parking. Air conditioning. Great restaurant... And so on.

The facilities were new from the rooms toilets, towels and gardens.

The water park was the only thing running. The pool was under construction. They require more amenities eg gym, spa, more food varieties.

The room was basic but sufficient. The hotel was very full and while my nice enjoyed a nice hot shower early, I didn't get any water after wetting myself and soaping up. Dinner was good and staff was nice.

It is a very family friendly place, it's the perfect stay if you plan a safari trip to Lake Nakuru. The kid's pool was brilliant, we had a lot of fun there. The staff was very friendly, the hotel was very clean. All in all, we had a wonderful stay at Ivory Park Hotel and will be returning soon.

Cleanliness of the room and environment

Intercom is not functional, which limited the information flow with staff, but the staff are available to respond to your request.

The property was in a good location and the ambience was great. Just a request for the cleaning of the toilet and bathrooms to be thorough other than that everything else was excellent.
