When you arrive you are immediately enveloped in luxury, cleanliness and the kindness and professionalism of the staff. Everything is beautiful and furnished with great taste, in fact we were ashamed because coming from a Game Drive we were obviously dressed for travel and dusty, but the staff welcomed us warmly without letting us notice our condition ;-) Just five minutes drive from Lake Nakuru, for New Year's Eve they organized a party with an amazing buffet, tables set in great style and luxury, colored lights everywhere, huge and beautiful rooms. The hotel is conveniently located, and maintains its style even after the renovation. The double glazed windows sound proof the rooms which would otherwise suffer from the noise from the main road. Good Wi-Fi and breakfast, and availability of parking

Not much to mention, perhaps more bread varieties and of the fresh type could be served for breakfast, together with the sliced loaf/sandwich bread

Situated right in the heart of the city, this histotic hotel still maintains its old charm while offering modern conveniences. The location offers easy access to the CBD and nearby areas. The staff are very friendly and professional, and the delicious buffet breakfast provides a good variety of options. Also, the rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Overall, this hotel offers a pleasant stay and is good value for money.

My room was clean and cosy, facing the garden. The restaurant was ok with usual Kenyan choice of dishes.

There is an announcement at the reception that the hotel takes no responsibility for guests' valuables and advises to use safe. However my room didn't have any safe and at the reception they told me that safes are only installed in more expensive rooms. The hotel is next to a very busy road with busy trafic, including many trucks, 24/7

Showers were good, Breakky was good, staff was great, parking was ample and safe...

A La Carte Menu needs polishing. Cheese Pepper Steak was NOT it. It was just melted cheese on a steak, no flavors. The Chicken was close to what it used to be. An AC or Fan at the least should be placed in the rooms. The rooms need ventilation...very stuffy everytime I walked in until the windows were opened...

Very large comfortable room with lots of space and clean. Strange comment but I really loved the table in the room and would be curious where to get one myself!

The staff completely unable to make cappuccino

I had forgotten to carry a toothbrush, was a very good surprise to see a tooth brush and tooth paste as part of guest supplies. This was great Breakfast was great chef on duty was welcoming , reception staff were great too.

The shower, the mixer is not great, water is either very hot or cold. As a frequent traveler, l like enjoying my shower which l am unable to enjoy at Midlands

A warm reception from the security guards and the reception staff. The new wing has good, comfortable and clean facilities. Breakfast was okay too. Location is excellent. I was last there over 20 years ago and was pleasantly surprised to note it was even more improved than my last visit.

The TV is outdated and not smart and hence has little to offer.

The bed was big and cosy and despite my room being towards the road side, there was no noise; it was like the rooms are sound proof from external noise.

There were no slippers for the guests to use in the rooms. I think this can be improved by including disposable slippers.

It’s not my first time there . Bed is comfy , staff is friendly .

I ordered breakfast room service and they served more vegetables more than anything . They could work on that by even asking the client what they want . The scrambled egg was not tasty at all .
