The room was large and had everything that a business traveler may need, the cleanliness was very well maintained. I especially loved the view, as I could see the city and the planes descending to and ascending from the city airport. The wifi quality was great and I was able to video call for work without any interruption. The breakfast was good, I only wish that a selection of veggies was a bit larger. The location is great, this is a very nice and safe neighborhood of Sao Paulo. Beco do Batman with murals, bars and cafes is at walking distance, the area is full of good food and shopping.

Modest entrance hall but with an amazing bedroom. Very clean, everything looked very new and modern. Good water pressure in the shower, with lots of space in the bathroom. Great room with comfy bed, big wardrobe, and nice lightning system.

The street (Av. Rebouças) was a bit noisy, which would be better to have better insulated windows to prevent the noise go into the room. Also, in front of the building there is a digital banner with led lights that can be annoying for some people or it requires some extra curtains set up.

Spacious and clean rooms with an attentive and friendly staff. Great breakfast. Great locations that is quiet, but within walking distance of great bars, cafe, small shops, and restaurants. Perfect area for a chill night out with upscale choices and local businesses. Less than 20 min drive to all other fun neighborhoods and tourist attractions. 5 min walk to the train/subway station.

The price direct from the hotel was A THIRD less than the price I paid via booking.com. Maybe worth checking direct first. Also the lady at reception (I won’t mention her name but she had light coloured hair) clearly just didn’t want to be there. She was rude both times we met her. I just expect a little bit of politeness from reception staff at a hotel like this.

The location in Pinheiros was super convenient to great bars and restaurants. It was also very close to a metro station! The room was modern and clean. The bathroom was particularly nice! The gym was very well-equipped and clean. Breakfast had a lot of variety. The staff were very helpful. They were patient with my Portuguese and able to help in English, too. The welcome drink was a fun addition!

Maybe I missed it, but there wasn’t a hairdryer in my room. My key card frequently stopped working after being in my purse for a few hours. It was inconvenient to return to the desk to fix it, but the staff were very nice.

I loved the location. It made moving around the city very very simple. Also, the quality of the room was outstanding. Finally, the quality of the breakfast was quite good too as well as the food and drinks offered at the Bar.

I did not like the fact that some of the personnel working in the bar did not speak English or sort of struggled with it. Also, the internet was kind of unstable for a few hours and that complicated things a little bit.

Location is fantastic with easy short walking access to the subway and many places to eat. There are also a number of eateries opening on the ground floor of the hotel building (this is a multi-purpose building). Also the building generated part of the energy it consumed with solar panels, however if the electric system needs to switch from solar to the grid, you may have a brief power outage. All the staff was super friendly and helpful, from our floor maid to the breakfast and front desk.

Breakfast could improve the fruit options which is one thing that is so unique in Brazil, in particular São Paulo has a great supply of fruits.

Second time staying here. Solange Miranda the front desk supervisor is very noce, execute and accomodates the guest according to needs and requests. It made me feel at home. Good selection of fruits for breakfast.

I would like to have better coffee in the morning and a healthy vegan option such as coconut yogurt, gluten free granola, and sugar free vegetable milk such as almond or oat milk.

Breakfast was well served and had a great diversity of food. The staff was extremely helpful. The rooms were clean and fitted with appliances like a hair dryer and a safe. The pool and the leisure area exceeded expectations.

There is nothing to complain about the hotel itself. Still, although the hotel is well located near the National Park and the Airport, it is a bit far from the downtown and residential zones; while this isn't a problem, it's definitely something to note if you are traveling on business or visiting relatives.

A new property well maintained. Good location. Good restaurants nearby. Easy access.

Noice in corridor was a slight issue. Power failure was observed on one of the days. Being a Hilton branded hotel only one or two at the reception spoke English and none at the restaurant. The food is good but the menu (Buffet Breakfast) was the same everyday. Some variety would have been appreciated.
