Food was fantastic. Room was large and comfortable. The grounds were really nice with lots of room and lots of options. The two main pools were beautiful and very well maintained….the staff actively skims the pools throughout the day. The entertainment was surprisingly fun, especially the fire show. Check out experience was great. The staff in the main dining buffet were always excellent and made a great start to everyday at breakfast.

Drinks were watered down. Service was hit or miss…you might get your drink in 5 minutes or it could be 45 minutes. The main pool swim up bar was extremely busy, and they almost always had just one unfortunate worker making drinks, which made us feel bad even trying to order. You have access to Dreams as well (that’s were the gym is) so we decided to eat at their steakhouse one night. Service there was horrendous, probably the worst we’ve ever had at a resort. Check in took an hour from when we arrived. However none of the negatives affected the overall vacation much as we are not hard to please. If you keep your expectations in check you should have a great time.

Fantastic location, continuous activities and good music to match

I wish there were more consistent activities, such as the wonderful fire show, or Neon pool party. Would be nice to be able to swim later into the evening, as the pools all close as soon as the sun sets.

Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The resort was packed but it never felt crowded or cramped. Loved the many food options and all the pools, drinks were delicious, and there were so many complimentary things included with the resort.

Wish the pools stayed open a little longer and more options for shuttle transportation

That it was adults only and the staff were amazing and helpful.

Room service was an issue our final night there. We scheduled a time and they came too early and we weren’t in the room and it took almost two hours to get it corrected and the food was subpar.

I really enjoyed the activities, food, and amenities

Location was far from other activities, the pool closed early and it the beach as well. We were in the water and security told everyone to get out.

Everything!!! Staff was top notch, food was delicious, facility was fabulous. I am going to make the Hyatt all incusive adult only properties first priority in my travel choices.

There was nothing - nothing i didn't like - I loved it all!!!

Adult only location, no kids running around or being annoying. And of course all inclusive and the beach

The jacuzzi in the balcony didn’t work, it was basically just a tub hot. Besides that there wasn’t anything

The property was beautiful and clean!

I wish it would have been more chairs by the pool and at the beach. Also, they need more cabanas and umbrellas.

I like the free drinks and food, the staff were very kind and helpful.

I expected more from what I saw online, they just did the Same events every day.

The dinner was not the best I became sick to my stomach the last night from blue water grill I believe it was the steak .
