We enjoyed the food it was great, the staff is very friendly. The beach and the pool is awesome. The check out time is noon but our flight was at 6.40 PM and we were allowed to stay and enjoy the food ,drinks and everything else until we left. There is a bathroom where you can shower before leaving. That was terrific!!!

Wasn't able to visit some family rms because of my 16yr son couldn't fo to a couple restaurants because of 16yr old son.. but he's cost for staying was adult price. Help me understand that one

the location was great

the sound system in the theater was terrible. super loud and painful to the ears. we went two nights. the first we left right away. the second we brought ear plugs and it was not nice either. also the alcoholic drinks seemed to be water down at every bar. the toilets were terrible. I am not sure who thought to design the toilets in a square fashion and so high of the ground. but for women it is terrible. I felt like I was on a plank swing about to fall off. one last thing. the pricing for sunblock or anything like that was seriously criminal in the price. $37-45 +- was shocking and sadly the employees seemed ashamed in the pricing as a result of our reaction! I don’t blame them

The food selection was good.

There was too much pork and not enough turkey and chicken. In some cases the food was not cooked thoroughly so I could not eat it for fear of getting sick. They sometimes ran out of food. My biggest complaint was the food was served COLD.

I loved how every country and culture and no matter what language you spoke it still felt like home.

We had a specific room booked and we were moved to the opposite side of the resort even though we still had access to the amenities we paid for it was definitely more walking involved for us. We did get credited $200 that must be spent on site and we did but we felt like it should have been more then $200 credited to us. The dress codes in the restaurants were a little confusing. Some of the menus that were on the computer in the lobby were not correct when you actually sat down in the restaurants the menus need to be updated.

The resort was beautiful and relaxing. Most of the staff was friendly and professional. Elvis was amazing! He was very proactive in helping us with our bags and even remembered our room number when it was time to check out.

Lener and Alfonso/Alonzo were not very nice. Neither of them acknowledged me with a greeting. I had to greet both of them initially because they both ignored me as I approached the desk/register. I told Alfonso that I had completed pre-check in online, but he was insistent that I hadn't. When he tried to check me in on his phone, he realized that I was correct. They were both quite rude.

The beach at Majestic Elegance was stunningly beautiful and impeccably clean, making it the highlight of my stay. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful, always acting genuinely and warmly, which greatly enhanced my experience. Additionally, the room was as described on the website, providing a comfortable and pleasant stay overall.

While the overall experience was good, there were some issues with the cleanliness and food quality. The room cleaning service was subpar, as the floors were never mopped, and we even found footprints from previous guests that were not cleaned despite our complaints. We also noticed that the mattress was not covered by a mattress cover, and the linen was placed directly on the mattress. Although we asked room service to put on a mattress cover, this was not done. The food, although well-presented and organized, lacked real taste, especially during lunch and dinner. Furthermore, the lack of air conditioning in the lobby and most public spaces made them uncomfortably warm, and we encountered spiders in the bathroom, indicating a need for better pest control management.

I have been there now 4 times and this resort never disappoints. as far as service, beach, restaurants, staff rooms. The shows were very good.

The only this I was very disappointed with was the white party was cancelled the day of for a wedding. They should have moved it to a different location instead of cancelling it. I was there with a big group we all purchased clothing for this party and they cancelled last minute. also the foam party was very small this time. They used to have a lot of foam in the pool and it was not.

The beach was clean. The sand was white and very soft. The water was clear and refreshing. Our room was very comfortable and clean. We had a king size bed, Double sink, collage size refrigerator (that was stocked with beverages) and huge wall closets. Dinner was fun. Each night that we went the staff was very friendly, professional and courteous. The buffet was great. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Plenty of food options.

Our room could have used more places (hooks) to hang wet towels and bathing items. The room did come with two hooks (we were a party of three) which led us to hang items out on the balcony. This does not look good when you walk the beautifully maintained property.

The room we had (swim up room in elegance club)was great. The staff were amazing and special mention to Victor, Santa and Luis who all made it a very special holiday. The food generally in the steak restaurant and the 9 doors was exceptional while the other buffet style restaurants were acceptable and never short of choice.

The Italian restaurant onsite provided poor service and poor food on the 2 occasions we used it and was the only negative
