Near the keio-hachioji station. Limousine bus to Haneda across the hotel. They offer free coffee (whole day) and donuts (8-10pm only). Friendly staffs.

Property is a bit old and lacks light in the public hallway. Also, you can hear the talking, walking and banging of doors from your room. Another thing is that they don't do daily housekeeping. I stayed 7 nights, 3 full housekeeping and the rest eco housekeeping.

Lovely hotel and staff. It was nice to stay outside of Tokyo main city but still be close to transport.

The room was different to the picture I believed the room was meant to look like. So the beds actually were smaller than in the photos. The bed itself was a bit stiff and the pillows. Also not being able to change the temperature was disappointing. It was quite warm yet we couldn't change it to cooling. Made the room stuffy.

Great value hotel despite looking a little old. Decent size room for a single traveller. Washing machines, dryers and a microwave available. Multiple convenience stores and eateries beside it. Next to the Keio line that connects straight to Shinjuku and just a short walk to the main JR station where you'll find a few shopping malls and supermarkets. It served as a convenient base for me to hike Mt Jinba, Takao and explore the Oku-tama area.

This is the fourth time for me to stay in this hotel because it is close to my friend's home. The service is good and the location is close to Subway,

This hotel can almost fulfill what I want but only the bed is too small for a couple to sleep

The breakfast was great, and the cost is ok. The staff was great. The room was ample and very nice. Great amenities.

Located close to the station, with several convenience stores in the neighborhood. The shared facilities including the restaurant and lobby looked amazing although we didn't have the opportunity to utilize them. They have free coffee at the lobby so we took advantage of that.

Great location next to train station and mall if you need to be in this area. Staff spoke good English and was very helpful. Very quiet room so I got a good night's sleep to overcome jetlag.

I arrived half an hour before the end of breakfast time and there was hardly anything left to eat.
