We love the location because it's away from the busy city centre, hence quiet during night time. Not so far from Imago. Also it only took us about 15 minutes to the airport by car. The room is spacious, clean and modern. So is the bathroom. Truly love the comfy bed and pillow. Breakfast is great and generous. The hotel's restaurant offers great food with a generous portion. A variety to choose from including great choice of middle-eastern menu (my fav!!). Room mini bar and room service upon request. Also the hotel offers free fruit punch at the lobby. I'm a happy customer. It's all about the food. Will definitely stay here again.

The food served in the Arab restaurant below at the ground floor was superb. Ordered the Chicken Mandy, Lamb Mandy and Hummus and they all tested great! You can even order it as Room Service and the price is affordable!

Breakfast was a big letdown, but they have improved since last time I visited. The area now is more spacious and the egg station's service has improved. The other menu are hit and miss - some OK, some not OK, but overall it is good for value.

Room service was great! Food was delicious; our orders didn't take long to be ready at all even when room service was busy (had to redial a few times during peak hours, which was well within expectations). Staff are amicable, friendly, polite, and attentive. Both room and bathroom were kept clean and tidy - and the beds! I really, really, really love the bed; the sheets and covers smelled really nice, and the pillows were soft and extremely comfortable - a perfect and inviting combination for a deep sleep. Lighting in the room was sufficient. I was there for a relative's wedding which was held in the hall - it was easy to access and the hall was huge enough to house more than 150 guests at a time (you can check with staff for max occupancy). Don't worry about the temperature outside being hot, just get to your rooms, and the air-conditioning in the rooms will cool you off right away. P. S. If you think you will want to have breakfast at the hotel throughout your stay, do consider to include the breakfast option for your room - that way you can have breakfast at the coffee house on level 1 of the hotel building.

The size of toiletries can be improved. They don't have to be huge, maybe just a bit bigger... I guess medium-sized? It was a bit of a challenge to get the soap to produce bubbles in the shower, so showering can take some time before you feel as if you've cleaned up.

It was the 1st time i have 3beds in a room and thats really helpful having 2 kids...with sejadah provided & water pipe to take air sembahyang...quite convenient...avail restaurant to ordee food...im quite happy...thou no swimming pool for my kids 🤭

At the reception counter..there are few staffs but seems like only 1 staff is capable to attend some issues facing by the customers...some just sit there and some seems dont know what to do
