1. Communication with the staff during my confirmation of my booking (2 days before my stay), clear instructions for check in and check out, and very helpful. 2. Car parking can be easily found and free as there is car parking pass. 3. Washing machine can dry as well. 4. Ada swimming pool & gym di tingkat paling atas (11th floor) which the view sgt la cantik. Overall during our stay, it was comfortable and satisfied.

1. No broom for us to keep the room clean, biasa sapu2 ni even stay homestay.. kalo stay kat hotel bole request housekeeping. 2. There is no microwave as per shown in the picture. 3. Few items was damaged/broken/not well function - remote aircond (living room), almari tandas (bwh sinki) not in a very good condition. 4. Lantai tandas a bit licin, maybe owner bole provide selipar for use inside the toilet.

Everything in the unit itself is so comfortable at the moment I walked in. Love it!!

The master bedroom and 1 of the toilet seem to be emitting foul smell but not sure where it came from. The washing machine has water leakage from drained water because of improper outlet pipe built. And it seem there's history of water leakage into the kitchen and living room section because its easily noticeable the silicone sealant applied at floor skirting. So Avoid using the washing machine! Owner should put a notice.

Wifi, location within walking distance to imago with easy access using the overhead bridge and eateries at ground level of the apartment. Helpful staff to make easy transactions for deposit and other needed help. Great aircon really cold. Beds are comfy.

Low water pressure, washing machine internals needed to be tub cleaned as lots of debris and dirt were visible, towels had damp smell while using and lastly pinpointing the exact location of parking instead of stating the pillars as i got my tyre clamped and paid the fine while other days my spot was being occupied by other tenants. Maybe a much more visible signage would suffice. Pillows were a bit too soft.

The coziness. The view at night with all the buildings and houses light. The house got air-cond and fan so the temperature is superb on the hot days like this.

The lift take so long to reach B2 and no air-cond at B2. Very hot. No broom provided. No kitchen towels provided so we bought our own kitchen wipes. We barely can watch TV as the internet wasnt good, it keeps on lagging. The master bedroom toilet was not really clean when we 1st check in. There are urine stains on the toilet seat.

The house is cozy and great. Washing machine and refrigerator is provided. Aircond is functioning well. Water heater is in a good condition. Mountain and city view. Free parking provided. Overall is great and we are happy to stay here.

The netflix and wifi not in a very good connection. Kitchen utensils not complete.

Having ada washer dryer, refrigerator and electric stove. Fantastic combo for a family stay. Really worthy stay. Double dining table too, great! The staff is nice and good responding to questions. Big Tv with wifi. Super big mirror in living room. Mirror in each bedroom.

The key is not there when we went to collect it. Needed to change apartment number. There are no broom, dust collector, or small towel (to clean surfaces) provided, which I think should be since it's an apartment. Hard to clean kids mess with crackers in the living room without proper tools.

The location is strategic. Walking distance to Imago mall. There are a lot of restaurants downstairs too. Besides, it feels safe to walk around even at midnight.

The cleanliness needs to be improved. The room was a bit dusty and there was lichen on the bathroom and sink. There was no towel provided too.

There was no wifi connection as shown in booking.com list. Call the receiption they promise to fix but never came to fix the problem

everything, mostly location, level (near to swimming pool), kitchen facility, air-conditioner, information by person in charge, etc, all other basic amenities were provided such as water heater, iron, hair dryer - something females would really appreciate - plus there are 3 bedrooms and I think the house can accomodate max 6 people

I didn't like that the cable TV and washing machine were not functioning smoothly. I called the owner about this, they came to fix but it was only the TV which was fixed. I was not able to use the washing machine.
