the apartment is clean and comfortable just need some refurbishment… the owner is very kind by allowing us to put our luggage at their place … however if you are taking elderly with you, spiral staircase is not advisable (my mistake though )… overall is a very nice and comfortable place to stay

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property, and several aspects stood out to make it a remarkable experience. The Wi-Fi connectivity in certain areas of the property was occasionally inconsistent, which could be slightly inconvenient for those needing a stable connection.

comfy beds exceptionally clean, pool

- location is convenience (between airport and city center)

- text the owner to confirm numbers of bed (came with 4 adult, 2 youngster, 2 kids). Available bed of 2 queen bed + single bed in master room (consider for 1 family with parents and 4 kids), so 2 more adult is sharing a single bed downstairs. A little bit un-comfy, as I had request for queen bed for the 2nd room, but owner clarify house can fit in with 8pax =( - instruction to get the key in safe box, to parking is a bit complicated to u/stand - can consider to simplify it

Location wise is just 5-8 mins walk then can reach imago shopping mall. consider good location that near to the shopping mall, but if you are bringing with kids and elderly, then i think HOTEL or Imago LOFT will be a better suggestion. Convenient with 7-11 and Orange Convenient Store nearby the Lobby Entrance.

Firstly for check in, you will need to go in twice, first time is to get the key and access cards, then go out carpark entrance again, make another trip into the carpark again with the access card, and in order to get the Riverson Soho Parking Lot, access card will need to pass through 3 times (3 barriers). Safety wise, yes this is good, but consider complicated. Secondly, I will suggest direct go for Penthouse instead of duplex. Duplex is so much smaller and cleanliness was poor. it was lucky that we can upgrade to Penthouse, otherwise unable to stay for it in the Duplex, hopefully this can be improve, as the aircon is not cold at all for the second room.

Only that limited wifi range

Beds are confortable, best view from the unit. Very Spacious for the kids to feel like home.

The kitchen need a bit of improvement, some deep cleaning aswell as some faulty smells around the counter top. Please at least provide broom for a quick cleaning we can do ourselves. Kids tend to spill foods crumbs around.

Very nice room for family of 4/5 peoples. Kitchen wares and equipments are provided on working well, especially washing machine with dryer function. However need improvement such as instruction to use the complex equipments.

Ceiling lights not all working and standing fan need cleaning, which contain a lot of dust. Toilet lights need to increase the brightness and external mirror is needed at least one at the outside.
