I recently stayed at Hotel 17 with my family and we were very satisfied with our stay. The room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. Although it was a bit small, it was still comfortable enough for the four of us (my husband, our two small kids, and myself). The location was very convenient—just a short walk to Imago Shopping Mall, with plenty of restaurants nearby, which made it easy for us to find food for breakfast and other meals. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and would definitely consider staying here again in the future. Thank you for the great hospitality!

As we just a small family of 3 (including my little one), I booked the King Room. We were there for just 2 nights. Modern and very clean. Bedroom is immaculate. Bed linen is very clean. Pillows are fluffy. Bathroom is very clean. Towels very clean. Basic toiletries are available. Love the interior decor of the hotel, from the lift area, the corridor and the room. For Muslim travellers, the room has a sticker showing the kiblat direction. Lots of switches for your phone/gadget charging needs. Security using the lift to go up to room as we had to scan our room card in the lift. (It will not allow to select your room floor without your keycard). The lift automatically selects the floor to your room upon scanning. This was unlike another budget hotel we ever stayed nearby where anyone can just select the any floor they want to go to (scary!) Hotel is situated within walking distance to Imago. For breakfast, there is a 24-hour “kedai mamak” at the ground floor just around the corner of the hotel.

Ironing board not available during our stay. (Iron was available upon request though). Parking at the property is not free (get ready your credit card when you want to park there cos it’s cashless parking)

We stayed in their Executive Suite. It was quite spacious. I really like the sofa bed because they don't provide any extra bed. We can't sleep comfortably in the king bed with two kids so having the sofa bed was really convenient. The room was clean. Staffs were nice and helpful. Basement parking available and can be accessed directly via lift from the room floor. There are 24 hours shop, restaurants and a laundry shop nearby. Very convenient location only 3 minutes walk to Imago shopping mall.

It's next to the main road and the room was not very soundproof. It can be quite noisy at night. Wished the Hotel can help waive the parking fee as it can be quite expensive for a long stay.

Overal the cleanliness is good , only soud proof not so good, quite noisy can hear the car passing by or motorcyle start engine can hear it clearly . Hope sound proof can be improve

The bed is comfortable and the room especially the toilet are clean no bad smell . the towel are clean too , room spaces, comfortable to stay .

I've stayed at this hotel multiple times and it remains my top choice whenever I'm in town. It's conveniently located just steps away from IMAGO shopping mall and KK Times Square, making it easy to grab food, essentials, or just unwind. Rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are consistently friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for both short and longer stays.

We love that the location was next to Imago Shopping Mall. The bathroom was big and water pressure excellent. The airconditioning was great and glad they provided extra pillows in the room as well. Many charging points in the room. TV was great too as there are Netflix, Youtube (Android TV) so the kids loved it.

The elevator is small. And the hassle of taking the few steps up to the elevator (if you have big and heavy luggage, be ready).

- Shampoo and shower gel could be better. - I asked for an extra towel but was not provided. - The parking lot can be quite full at certain times. We had to turn around several times to find a parking spot.

Great location within 5-10 mins walk to Imago Shopping Mall, Park tour services, 24hr restaurants, convenience stores and laundry! The rooms are clean and spacious as well with complete toiletries. The staffs are also supportive and help us to call Taxi when we were caught in the heavy monsoon rain.

Wish it had a gym — but this is not a dealbreaker.

The location was great, near to the mall and the airport. The staff check me in earlier than the check in time which was great

The grab taxi does not pick or send you in front of the hotel. Got to walk a bit with the struggle of my luggage, but a staff helped me.
