Easy to access imago. The scenery is fantastic I can see Mt. Kinabalu The toilet is clean but the unexpected is different from the photo. Not the one I chose. Overall good enough .

The bed was not so good .got sound. The main gate can't be locked and felt in unsafety. Many times I wake up and check on the door. I heard that ppl open doors on the first night . Should improve on the door . Limited on the toilet roll and tissue . Should be put according to days of stay and number of ppl stay.

I like everything about the property in terms of the room and furnishing. The TV is not working so It might be a downpoint for some but ok for me since I was busy being tourist. However there was the issue with parking because we rented the Starrex which is not able to go through the parking ramps so we needed to park at Level 1 only which was always full. I ended up illegally parking there. Since the property is spacious so it’s understood that some group tarveller would rent a big car so the property need to alert the traveller on the parking situation. Other than that we had a pleasant stay and experience.

The location, the facilities, and the host is very accommodating.

The actual building where the property is located is grotty and sometimes smelly. It is not very pleasant to go out of the lift and greeted with a smelly corridor on the way to the apartment.

Air-conditioner in one of the room is leaking, probably need servicing. The rest are ok.

Staying at this suite above a mall was super convenient—everything I needed was just steps away. The accessibility was fantastic; my mother-in-law needed her wheelchair, and the overall experience was great. The space was clean, the hot water worked perfectly, and the air conditioner kept the room comfortable throughout my stay. The outdoor pool was a nice addition to the suite. The property lady asked for the deposit in Singapore dollars. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay at unbeatable convenience!

While the property lady was on top of their communication with checking when we would arrive, picking up the keys after hours was daunting after a 6-hour drive with all the steps and the need to go through the pictures they sent. The pick-up location for the keys was not the same building as where we stayed. It might be helpful to send a PDF document rather than several pictures. We recommend that people try to pick up earlier to avoid this self-led process, and having someone guide them would be ideal. Otherwise, it was a fantastic stay!

Love the location. Spacious enough for our family. Parking spaces provided, extra charge for the 2nd car but no big deal, the security matters the most. Ms. Wong is so approachable, willing to assist us at any hours. Really appreciate all her efforts in making our stay memorable.

Bed is quite hard, not so comfy. Dusty floor. Some hiccups with our 2nd key card, cant access our floor from the parking area. We travel with families, its a hassle to just have one working key card with us. Luckily Ms. Wong willing to lend us another spare card after we complained. Master room a/c not cold.

Very spacious apartment. Large living room and terrace. The beds were comfortable, towels, shower gel and shampoo provided. Air conditioners working properly. The property is right above Imago shopping center, lots of shops and cafes in and around Imago. The airplanes are flying low right over the building - a spectacular view, the noise on the terrace is loud, but inside we couldn't hear it. Person meeting us upon check-in didn't speak English very well, but she had prepared a detailed information to send in WhatsApp, so everything was very clear. Also she was quick to resolve any questions or issues. Would stay here again.

Air-con leaking in one of the bedrooms, cockroaches in the building, description and photos for this apartment are accurate, although it is more worn off than in photos. Only one elevator goes to parking floor, a bit frustrating because if the wrong elevator opens, you have to send it down and then wait for the right elevator.

big area, full facilities, comfortable, nice view

car cannot stop at the lobby even for a moment and must go down if anyone come bcause there is card access for the property’s parking . the kitchen also provide only one side for cooking so it’s a bit hard to cook more dishes for family

Great location right above a high-end shopping centre, very nice to have a hot and cold water dispenser available, spacious with beds for 10 persons and 3 toilets with showers. Quite clean. Easy drop off and pickup by Grab drivers at the entrance lobby.

The whole Loft Imago property is right under the flight path, but it's ok for the rooms as the 7 am flights didn't wake me up.
