The rooms

No dedicate parking. Only one room and parking key. No toilet tissues top up. Other loft i stay they gave enough tissues gor days of accomadation.

Easy access to nearest shopping mall

Hope there was direct access from mall to the unit.

Strategic location but not direct access to the mall. Sufficient for a family of 9.

Several kitchen appliances were not available. Furnitures could be refurbished. Room environment could be improved. No wifi.

Wifi not that’s good…quite lagging

Location is convenient with link to shopping mall.

The sponge pillows are very hard & not comfortable to sleep. Suggest to change to better quality pillows. Wifi not stable. Always disconnected.

Swimming pool is great Location is good It got 3 bedroom

1.parking, the owner got the advantage of parking but didn't share it with us the tenant (1st day got clamp we thought the loft parking for apartment for us instead the owner want us to park at regular park for mall imago user) 2. Owner selected an apartment with 4 bed instead of 5. I want the bed to be 5 cause we travel as family 1 bedroom is meant for a family member that itself changed our plan. 3. Lagging wifi as if the wifi is only meant for a person to use if more the wifi gets hang and loading like crazy. ( the picture have 1 bedroom with separated bed but the owner give us the queen bed instead 😕) l 4. Old TV able to use but the wifi is lagged. 5. Toilet got mold 6. 1 of the bedroom got different colour bulb. 7. Extra mattress but no extra sheet.

struggle with the parking process.. have to complaint and given after one day of staying.. the wifi are limited, until 12am only.. the toilet are not clean and blocked so the floor are always wet, electric jug kettle are not working.. kitchen cutlery, plates and cups are not provided..

Location good. No breakfast

Waiting for hours for the key. The bed was broken so some of us slept on the floor
