Location okay

Location is okay, staff is okay, but the cleanliness inside the hotel is not very good. The water tap and shower are dirty, not properly cleaned, and even the walls are dirty. Please clean the walls and the water fixtures properly. They are really dirty. Everything else is fine, that’s all. Thank you!

Toilet of Room 808 was not clean especially the floor. 10/4/20025 Rppm 808, 2 times black-out due to kettle problem Receptionist/staff did not pick up phone even calling from room's telephone during black-out, have to walk down to lobby to complaint.

Centre and concenience

10minutes before 11am,can not enter my room to get my things,room card deny .luckily have your cleaner around and get some help to bring my things out. Also your staff during check out say on behalf appologize for what had happened. So for me problem settle and dont want to mentione this issue anymore

strategic location just inside the city centre and ground floor connected to the basic facilities and you dont have to walk far just try to find some goods plenty of small stall and outside building is a night market with variety of street food.

The spacious room and big window..city view is great🤩

The tv's remote is not functioning..we ended up watching chinese channel through our stay.. luckily we only stayed for a night so its okey..

The location is in city centre. Free parking. Got nice city view

The basement parking looks like abandoned building full of ghost. The room is not soundproof.

The room nice and comfortable with location is nearby and easy to get access another.

No iron in room Sometimes the wifi lost and found

Booked this hotel for two rooms for my parents & grandparents. The staff give them both rooms on the same floor which was helpful for my parents to check on my grandparents from time to time. The rooms meet my expectations.

The breakfast buffet menu maybe can be improved.

the employees are friendly,, and good,, next time I will come back to stay again, thank you Tang dynasty hotel..
