The room was amazing! It has a great view and is very spacious. At the same time, private and not noisy. The breakfast was exceptional, and the staff were very accomodating and professional and friendly. We enjoyed the fruit basket and personalised letter we recieved.

The shower was not hot enough, it was quite cold, even if we let it run for 5 minutes to warm-up.

We loved our stay at The Marriott Hotel, the rooms are spacious and clean, the bed was amazing and they kindly arranged a birthday treat for myself. We enjoyed the dinner at the rooftop restaurant and are looking forward to coming back for another nights stay tomorrow, we plan to enjoy some drinks on the rooftop with the beautiful view. I can highly recommend the Marriott Hotel.

The room is quite spacious and comfortable, and since I am alone, the open bathroom concept is nice, but maybe not very suitable is I'm with family or friends. The view of the sea was also breathtaking and you can see the sunset from your room. There's also few convenient shops nearby. Breakfast selection was great and the view from the restaurant was beautiful.

Not really the hotel's fault, but it is located beside a run-down mall. And it is quite far from some of the tourist attraction spot (Anjung KK, Phillipines Market) compared to other hotels. And the room key censor is not that sensitive, you need to really place it correctly to open the door. Its quite tricky.

It was my husbands birthday the weekend we stayed and the housekeeping and catering staff provided a decoration on the bed for our arrival and then a small dessert was delivered to the room. It was a lovely surprise and service. Thank you for making it special. The room was clean, spacious & comfortable and we had a view of the pool and some of the sea (we had booked a city view room). All of the staff were friendly, welcoming and warm and we were greeted with smiles and kindness at every interaction. The products/toiletries provided in the rooms are lovely and of a high quality.

I feel the hotel needs some refining to meet the same Marriott standards everywhere else in the world. The breakfast and dinner buffets were just okay. We had to call to get our room serviced on our 2nd day of stay and when we checked in we had no bathmat or handtowels in the bathroom.

everything is perfect…i just want to try and experience for myself to stay for one night to know if the service and everything is the same as in marriott hotel in manila philippines….because if i go back philippines with my boyfriend we always stays at marriott hotel…

i think maybe because there aren’t any smoking rooms…and the room i was in don’t have any bathrobe and the refrigerator wasn’t working well…

Location was within walking distances to the attraction and short Grab ride away to some others. Breakfast was a brilliant spread of local and international cuisines. The staff at the restaurant were friendly and very professional.

Access to the waterfront at the back of the hotel closed after 7pm. Not a big issue, just that we had to walk a longer distance to the main entrance to enter the hotel.

Extremely well run hotel with perfect room preparation and staff all very wonderful. Facilities especially pool with view very much welcome after days of hard work in region. An oasis and sanctuary...almost.I wish to especially highlight the attention given by the night manager and manager ofvfood and room services. I had suddenly fallen ill and they took special care visit my room and send appropriate foods to help me mend. I am foreever grateful for this gesture.

Some items were missing from the room that were added tge second day after house cleaning. Suggests room was not properly ready when I arrived. A non issue but just a comment to help management. Aldo it was a mystery how to manage the lighting of the room/bathroom...very annoying going through room clicking switches to try to turn off certain lights. Finally, while not the fault of hotel...municipal sewage drained into bay close to property and smell of raw sewage did make it to 8th floor pool. Walking around hotel at street level was particularily unpleasant on a hot day. Maybe the bigbhotel corporations can work together to solve this health problem that also puts a stain on the city more generally. If they can build new malls maybe they cxn invest in proper treatment of waste.

The facilities here are amazing! We had member club access which meant that we could have breakfast buffet, morning tea, afternoon tea and even drinks throughout the day which was a nice little bonus. Very clean and staff were very professional and extremely helpful. Breakfast buffet had a huge variety and the infinity pool was lovely.

Unfortunately, the planes in KK fly over this hotel. Therefore, that's all you hear day and night. And sound proofing could be increased as you can also hear your neighbours if they are loud - which we sadly had experienced. Room cleaning for our room wasn't finished until late afternoon and the reception had a slight fishy smell when you first walk in - which is not a big deal.

Staff were all friendly and accommodating. Great location by the sea, area also not congested with traffic. Just hope there’s a laundromat nearby. Overall vibe is good.

Since I opt for a premier room and got an elite member card, the room should be tiptop. The balcony chair was ripped, the door handle was loose, the sink was clogged.

The spotless clean room was huge, as was the bathroom. The pillows and bed were super comfy. The pool had a fabulous view; the perfect spot to relax at the end of the day when the sun is setting.

Maybe bad luck, but it was pretty noisy on a Saturday night when a group set up a portable karaoke outside the hotel.
