Cleanliness of room and friendliness of staff. Also located in central and opposite to the beach.

Actually nothing. " Nice to have" would be to have a bar.

I like the room the location and the service they provided to guests. The security also autstanding. Me and my family are grateful for the service. The view are stunning.! The staff are nice and helpful.

The room. I payed is for two people, the price are for 2 also for breakfast. But the staff said i have to pay becaise my booking are just for one guest. I check the price in booking. Com. Apparently its the same prize. Nevertheles i comply with their terms... Other that that. Its fine.

room is comfortable and clean. same goes with the bathroom - toilet & shower also clean. the elevator also efficient.

Staff at reception, during check in. she suppose to follow what customer needs. i've made a booking for this hotel for more than 2 weeks earlier, for 4 rooms. all things that i've request thru online are not being entertained!! all have to be discussed upon check in. when i come for check in, the 4 rooms are all in separated floor, far from one to one room. cannot consider for 1 queen bed ( for 2 rooms) as there are 2 couples in my group of family. everthing she doesn't wants to fulfill. is she the one who pay my bill staying there?!! only this people has ruin our holiday staying there. while other staff are mostly good & responsible.

Clean comfy rooms (loved the adjoining rooms), adequate facilities, and friendly helpful service. Our rooms face the city and at the right timing we got to view the top of Mount Kinabalu and the sun rise. The Club Lounge experience including its breakfast variety, service, and view was splendid too.

Not that we didn’t like it, but notably the location is a bit further from the city area. Still within walking distance but more challenging for older folks. Good distance to Imago mall though. Convenient access to Grab rides compensates for the location.

The location is unbeatable—right by the waterfront, with stunning sunset views and easy access to nearby shops, restaurants, and the night market. It’s a perfect base for exploring the city The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout my stay. Check-in was smooth, and they were more than happy to assist with any queries or requests. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of food. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed with great city or sea views, and the bed was a little hard but comfortable. However, I did feel that the cleanliness could be improved.

A little boost in housekeeping standards would make it truly exceptional! Carpets are heavily stained and worn out/tired looking inside room and corridors. My bed's linen had holes in it.

Lovely hotel. Location is close to the waterfront with a great seaview. Our suite was large and comfortable. Breakfast was good with a wide variety of choices. Staff were very helpful and smiling. Attractive main foyer. Plentiful lifts that always were available. Good swimming pool.

My personal preference is for switches for individual lights. The lighting system used in the room was very complex to use in my opinion, and the lights did not light the room as I would wish. We were told about it on arrival, but there was no hot water for a couple of days. We could live with this. It came right at the end.

Room was lovely. Staff were amazing particularly Florence on reception - any issues she addressed immediately, and Ranu the concierge was exceptionally helpful especially when our luggage was delayed from a connecting flight. Local laundry (self-service) was very cheap and a stones throw away. Large shopping malls also a short walk away. The Waterside area and Filipion Market was nearby (Kota Kinabalu is very walkable - we chose to walk to most places rather than get Taxi's or Grab's). Nice to have a quiet room on a high floor with sea view.

The hotel is popular and at times very busy particularly at breakfast. Breakfast choice was good but more variety of fruits would have been good.

Cleanliness n friendly staff

Staff were a bit chaotic during breakfast at the cafe. Tables were cleared when guests went for seconds, even though cups n glasses were full. Guests returned only to find their table already occupied

Lovely hotel, clean and very comfortable bed! Nice breakfast too. Sunset lounge very nice with complimentary cocktail 🍹

We had to remind the staff 3 times for the complimentary bowl of fruit …and all we got was apples and an orange! How disappointed were we! No slippers in the room. Free mini bar was empty when we arrived!

Breakfast was excellent, all d food i’d get for breakfast is available, choices of coffee, i cant ask for more, drinks as well, breakfast area was packed yet we still could easily find place to sit… friendly n helpful staff… when i order room service, it was fast… check in was fast… bellboys were fast to help.. housekeeping did their job well.. i love d hotel n will go again..

I wish bed could be higher but it was nice to sleep on..
