Wonderful, happy,friendly facility , wonderfully situated straight onto the waterfront, lots of eating ,shopping,amazing reflexology and massage to use , capsules were fun and great cost effective choice, amazing value

Toilets and shower areas in need of TLC through usage of a popular hostel

Tē-tiám chiâⁿ hó, lú-koán ti̍t-chiap bīn-tùi hái, thàu-chá ē-tàng ná chia̍h chá-tǹg ná him-sióng hái-kéng. Khùn ê só͘-chai chiâⁿ ū te̍k-sek, sī thài-khong-chhng hong-keh ê bîn-chhn̂g. The location is good, the hotel is directly facing the sea. You can appreciate the sea view while having the breakfast. The bed is like a space capsule which is really special.

Kui keng lú-koán chò-sêng thài-khong ê hong-keh, liân e̍k-keng-á mā sī, put-jî-kò chiū-sī án-ne tiō kám-kak piān-só͘ kah sé sin-khu ê khong-kan khah sè. The whole hotel is designed as you're sleeping in the rocket for the night, as well as the bathroom. Maybe it's to match the design, so the bathroom space is a little bit narrow.

The lodge itself is quiet, very good for people that like peaceful environment. The staffs are very helpful. The facilities are good especially with the water heater. The reception also on for 24 hours. The location is very close to malls and tourist attraction.

I love the bed so comfy! Location super strategic to access to tourist hotspot, just walking distance only. Near to laundry, supermarket, starbucks & Pasar Filipin! I almost fell asleep whilst watching movies at the chill area lol, the vibes as if i'm at my home! :)

I'm the only female guest during my stay until the other guest coming in, so the toilet got a bit smell and perhaps the management could do something maybe to spray with dettol etc as to vanish those smelly.

the night staff very helpful and friendly thanks jan (if not mistaken)....she is knowledgeable not about hotel also about kk... need staff like her...very appreciate her so much.

the morning staff, weak of product knowledge annoyed with confident answer, when she said deluxe bed did not provided. the website provided is not exist, she blame website the management did not updated. not professional and no curtesy. the staff who removed by bag from locker should informed me first, i was in shocked and panic could bring trouble to other guests.

The hostel is not very busy right now, so not all parts are open. The sleeping pods are fantastic. Not soundproof, but better than a bunk bed with a curtain. you get to control airflow in the pod so it does not get too hot.

The bathroom stalls are very small, and the water for showering is not hot. they could be cleaner, but I have stayed at much worse hostels. This hostel is not where most of the backpacker locations are, but it’s right near the water, markets, and lots of things going on.

i expect there is a heavy breakfast, but nevermind it is not important to complain to. uhmm i hope next time mybe u guys should make a rule tht everyone should leave with nothings left behind. like the washroom . because there are a lot of toiletries in there. just my opinion. last but not least, at first i feel betrayed for the hidden fee which is the staff told me. it was the tourism fee if i not mistaken. but after i checked it again, means that i went to the website again and see if they have mention the hidden fee. apparently, at the end of the price section which using the different font, it mentioned that "additional charges may apply". and its explained.. uhm thats all.

Great location on the seafront | Staff were lovely and very helpful

Just a bit loud due to others entering and exiting their pods late at night and not being very quiet, also the pod doors make a loud beeping noise - Not the hotels fault but would recommend ear plugs!

The hotel is very near to restaurants, mall, jesseltonport, filipino market and handicraft market. I love the staffs especially to Wilson who really helped me choosing my tours. I love Emy and Jen as well, they are very friendly. The owner of the hotel arranged a tour for me in Kundasang and made sure I was safe. I will really recommend this hotel especially for a solo traveler like me.

I like how they're affordable yet comfortable to stay for someone frugal like me. Hehe.

I hope they will fix the water taps and the bath water function.. I'm sensitive to cold water so I'd like to come again with the improved version of this place.
