It was comfortable to stay.

We had a hard time unblocking our parking card. The staff asked us to wait until 9am tomorrow but suddenly they asked us to wait until 10am again :( We were late for our appointment and the staff told us to find a security but didnt mentioned which security. When we asked at the information centre located at the main door of the mall, they told us to just call the management and gave a number. Our problem could be solved if your staff give us the management number earlier :( Should check the premises too because we saw some sockets were burned and cant be used.

The apartment is situated at Imago mall which is great for shopping and plenty of food choices with a good sized supermarket too. The staff answered queries promptly. The building had security and felt safe and quiet. The pool areas, gym, basketball and playground was just ideal for a family base. The place had a washing machine which was a bonus for our family. The ferry points are close so we used it as a base to go island hopping.

The air conditioning units in one of the bedrooms was warm. The bathrooms were decent but could do with a little maintenance.

- Spacious place - Have washing machine, microwave, fridge. - Suitable for 2 small family. - Have playground and swimming pool. - Shopping mall just below the place. Really convenient. - Helpful host with clear instruction. - Clean place

- The swimming pool on level 6 was under maintenance. - The balcony view could be better. Need to cut down the grass and can build a nice garden for better view. - The lift is really confusing. we go down the lift near the apt, but it lead us to a maze that ended us up inside the mall on 7am. We cannot exit the mall since it still early and the has not opened yet. Access card did not work in the lift. Luckily we found a staircase that lead us to parking lot. - Loft C lobby is hidden. Supposed to have signboard. Luckily there were guards. - Access card often doesn't work. There were times we stuck at lobby door unable to open it. - WiFi doesn't work on the last day of our stays.

Lovely water views from bedrooms and lounge. Size of this 3 bedroom sea view apartment is big. Aircon for each room is great and much needed in hot weather. Staff team was attentive and helpful. Even though under the flight path, the insulation and windows are fantastic to keep away the noise. The video and map were very helpful to get to designated party spot.

This apartment is a bit dated and will help with some patch up and new coat of paint.

Spacious 3 bedrooms apartment with en-suite bathrooms. Nice living area. Balcony facing sea. Nice view. Checked in and checked out was simple. Getting to the parking lot is a bit of a challenge esp to find the correct parking lot. Easy access to Imago Mall

It is directly under the flight path of landing aircraft into KK int Airport. For me, no problem. For others, may pose an issue.

The place is clean and spacious and the owner (or staff) is always online to help you. Very comfortable for a family.

The location of apartment itself is quite complicated to get to, unless you're using taxi. With taxi is easy to reach but if you decide to take a walk it's not that convenient. Electricity plugs are not on the good places especially in the kitchen if you decide to cook.

Spacious area , all room got its own bathroom . So cozy . The staff also very friendly and helpfull .

Need a bit of maintenance on the bathroom , the bidet not function properly / leaking . Ac also need improvement . But overall still okay considering the price and the location .

Easy access to the Mall. Clean. Staff were helpful when asked.

The house close to mall. Very convenient. However the parking and lift should have a map or directions.

If possible, during check out, the house key should drop at 7 eleven and not at the mail box. If drop at mail box, need to round imago for just to drop the key
