Arrived early my room wasn’t ready, but the helpful reception staff managed to relocate me to another room of I was very grateful. The Stanton Hotel is ideal for a overnight stay in KK. There are plenty of eatery and restaurants in the local area and the Imago mall is only a 10 minute walk to get to. The room was cozy and well equipped for a convenient overnight or couple of nights stay in KK .

It takes a while for the hot water to come through in the shower and on the sink.

I stopped in KK for just one night whilst transiting. The hotel is conveniently located within a 15min (traffic dependent) drive of the airport. Quiet, clean rooms with friendly staff.

Location is perhaps a little ‘odd’ being on the edge of a small industrial area with very little within walking distance so getting around by taxi is only option (that said easy enough with Grab).

Have to book advance to get room with a view. Fully booked during long weekend, and very noisy from nearby rooms filled with family and kids. The cafe was missing a simple hot chocolate & traditional teh tarik. Could use more appropriate parking spots.

Spacious bathroom with shampoo and liquid soap provided; had extra towels provided in bathroom; water bottles provided in room; mini fridge had Coke, beer and candy inside that one can buy; nightstand next to bed with outlets; shower has hot water and strong pressure; room is clean; very quiet during the day and at night; easy to order/get a Grab from the hotel

Outlets on one side of bed; floor is carpeted; we are on the ground floor and the large window looks out to a parking lot; there is a narrow balcony with no table and chairs that also face the parking lot - not usable; on a busy main road; in an industrial area - not for walking around and enjoying nature; towels are not absorbent

Staff was accomodating. Communication via messaging was very convenient and responsive.

Services was not as tip top, especially promise of shuttle pick up from airport. Shuttle to airport could have been more timely as we have a plane to catch.

Room is clean and as expected from the photos. It's my first time trying a boutique hotel so the hospitability is at par like a normal hotel. Just like other comments, room is a bit small but the space has already been displayed in m2 when selecting your room so I don't have an issue with it. There's a cafe just outside which opens at 8:30am.

We stayed at ground floor area so we can hear cars passing by during daytime. Not that huge of an issue since we did sleep soundly at night. Maybe will request a higher floor when staying? but then again, we don't mind staying at ground floor as it was easy to go in and out in a jiffy without waiting for the lift or taking the stairs.

the staff was very accommodating, helpful and friendly. we loved them. the hotel was importantly very clean and a good value. we loved the convenience of their cafe and had all our meals there. the chef was very eclectic in her menu and the food was delicious.

the hotel was probably a fine hotel in past times but an industrial area grew up around it and it didn't feel easy or safe to walk around especially at night. we hired a good driver for the day who toured us around the city.

Great little boutique hotel. Comfortable beds, 2 doubles which was great for family of 4. Super friendly staff. Easy to get into the centre.

Nowhere close by to get breakfast, it was Sunday morning so maybe the coffee shop just doesn't open that early on Sunday.

The location of the hotel was good since it was away from the busy buisness place during weekends. The hotel was a cosy n rwlexing place to chill out at the cafe.

The toilet smells expwcted from the drain holes

Really nice and clean, no fuss and room plus Hotel stylish

Only downsize was the selection in the cafe breakfast, coffee there is good though :-)
