We loved everything about the property. It is quiet, have a lovely nature feel with the greenery, lovely breakfast with variety everyday, lovely comfortable bed and pillows. The room and property very clean and maintenance up to date. The staff are amazing - Bridgette on reception exceptional customer service, Hilary in the restaurant exceptional service best we have had since we have been away in Malaysia 3 months - both are a credit to the team, great gym with all equipment working, swimming clean - thoroughly recommend especially for the price oh and Netflix which is a bonus

A newly refurbished hotel with heart. We initially booked for one night but then due to such a lovely welcome and stay, we decided to extend our stay for another 3 nights. Beautiful colonial palace inspired building. Tastefully build with fresh white paint, good lighting that provided a fresh and clean atmosphere. The pool equipped with pool towels, sun chairs and umbrellas were a great treat on the sunny borneo days. Lovely and delicious breakfast. Perfect location as it is away from the city buzz yet easily accessible to town area by Grab or since we just return from the Swiss mountains, the walks to the city was easy breezy. Friendly and helpful staff which made our stay in this hotel even more meaningful. Thank you :)

When I first arrived at the front of the hotel, the hotel looks like a old hotel. But once I step in, they are in the middle of renovation which I think is going to look new. The interior of the room is beautiful and doesn't look old. I like the bed is very huge and the staff is very friendly and nice. They have provided baby crib like I requested. The toilet is also nice and the room is quiet. I like they provided netflix and parking. Not many hotel provided parking in KK.

They have variety of breakfast but I think they can improve better at desserts.

The rooms that we stayed in were spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. Shower and toilet were clean, the fridge and air conditioning working fine. The breakfast was quite basic but the food taste was above average. A good place to stay if you drive or have private transport arranged.

The pool could use some renovation work.

The hotel was designed well and had a beautiful lobby and dining hall. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service.

The rooms, especially the toilet could use a bit more attention from housekeeping. Toilet floors and walls were stained and makes the hotel look older than it is.

1)Breakfast menu not so good just like average home cooked compared to promenade their menu are good 😊. The menu you cater mainly for Malays not multi races menu. Coffee maker not friendly user,no staff was present to assist when got difficulty to use it. 2)Swimming pool attire not strict enough everybody can swim without their proper swimming suit 😔.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and very welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. Great facilities and meals. We would definitely stay again. Parking was easy in the hotel grounds.

The Deluxe Room that we stayed in was comfortable as we also requested for extra bed as we were3 friends travelling together. Breakfast was okay. Good spread of food. We did not go to the swimming pool area.

Should have more pamphlets of Tours offered around Kota Kinabalu and surrounding Towns. Also if Kota Kinabalu want to attract more tourists to explore the different towns and attractions they should have tried to conduct tours everyday - eg. we wanted to go for the KK City Night Cruise but was told that the programme doesn't operate daily so we did not have the opportunity due to lack ot time!
