Absolutely stunning surroundings. Spacious, and gorgeous to walk around. But if you want a hand to get around the resort you can pick from a golf buggy or boat taxi to take you where you want to go. The beach was absolutely beautiful and well looked after. The beach staff were fabulous and really looked after me. My room was in the main hotel building. I had a suite with 2 double beds. A beautiful hydrotherapy bath and separate rainfall shower. My balcony had amazing views of the water and boat taxi stop. I could see for miles around. The room service was good and staff very attentive. I can't wait to return.

Some construction noise outside my room at certain parts of the day.

very spacious, clean, well kept - I like my room especially, it had great bathroom and was big, staff mostly was very helpful, close to the beach, few options for restaurants, thematical which was a great addition to normal all inclusive, few drink bars, generally they do care for you during all stay, everyone speak english, I would recommend the place

mostly small things - there were no robes or slippers in the room even though they were stated, beach part by the hotel could be cleaned sometimes - there were a lot of trash in the sand, there could be more information about which part is for who as at reception and the other reception they told me two different things which facilities I can enter for free and which not

On the other hand, I found the excursion activities to be more expensive. Sunscreen products were also pricey

The hotel is beautiful, big pools and lots bars, room really comfy and nice

The food wasn’t great, the breakfast was complete but the food seems not fresh and all juices were so watery and for the lunch was the same, we got dinner at the Indian restaurant and the serve us whatever they want ( they bring a plate of everything) the curry was plain and watery, dessert at the buffet were not fresh seems bit hard and old

If I had a question or issue the staff was quick to address and support my needs. The grounds are beautiful and the transportation is very convenient. You do not need to leave the property at all because you have everything there! Restaurants were fun and delicious. Entertainment from TRS was awesome and the Grand Palladium agenda of daily activities is really well thought out and has good variety!

The sales pitch for the Grand Palladium international was a waste of time and I did not want to have that conversation I just wanted to check into my room after a long travel. The towel situation was also not great, I went to the beach and towels were out around 2/3 pm, I went to Fizz pool and no towels there. I also believe there should be Chichen or better vegetarian options at the Fizz snack bar.

The staff was exceptional!! I will definitely be back just based on the service alone! The resort was beautiful and the food was amazing! Cabanas were affordable at the pool and it was easy to get covered lounge chairs at the beach. I also really enjoyed my massage at the spa. If you a celebrating a birthday they go above and beyond to make you feel special. We didn’t have to leave the resort for anything!

The floors were dirty in our room, pillows were too hard, and it took a long time to wait for golf carts to get around the property. My complaints were minimal because everything else was exceptional.

I loved the staff. they were all so friendly and helpful. If you eat at isla blanca restaurant ask for Moises, he is the most attentive and nicest waiter in the resort.

while everyone was very helpful, someone in our party had a pretty serious accident and the hotel refused to provide assistance. instead we were told to that we were on our own even though my relative slipped on a surface covered by water that had not properly been dried up/clean. my relative open the back of his head and had to receive 8 stitches. the hotel refused to cover anything, not even the ride to the hospital. very disappointed on this end to the point that legal actions against the resort are being considered at the moment.

Upgraded to the Adult only TRS. Swim up room was great. The dinners at restaurants were good. Lunch options were also good. Beach and pools great. Alcohol options met expectations. Butler was amazing.

The sparkling wine and Prosecco tasted like vinegar. Being pressured to sit through a time share presentation 3x. Having to pay $30 USD for sunscreen. The resort is HUGE, lots of cart traffic that get aggressive with walkers on the paths.

Great rooms, great service beautiful property. Lots of chairs at the pool and beach, no need to get up early to reserve seats like other resorts.

A little far from the airport due to traffic, but ish there was more Latin music playing at the beach and pool bars. All the live entertainment we saw was not Latin music.

Nice resort, really big although they have transportation within the resort. There was a lots of food options and the staff service was just ok!

I did not like that the beach was so far out. Also I had to complain a couple of times for the service, but they tried to make it out to us.
