The room, including the balcony with chairs and a table, was exceptional. The golf course was the view from the balcony. The ac worked very well, the room and bed were clean and the jacuzzi tub was amazing. Not a hint of cigarette smoke in the air or overpowering air freshener to mask a smoky room. The bed was great with an extra warm blanket if it feels too cool. The gas grill was being used by other customers, the pool, tennis court and playground were very well maintained. Everyone seemed very pleasant including the staff.

We loved the price, the location, but ESPECIALLY the amenities! We’ve never stayed somewhere with a full kitchen, with everything in it you could need. We loved the outdoor seating areas as well. We also loved the outdoor play area, we took advantage of the shuffleboard and the corn hole game and had the best time! Thank you for making something so great- so affordable!

Everything was perfect. No complaints.

It was a typical hotel style room, perfect for one or two people.

I like to have coffee in the morning, so when they only put one pack of coffee in the room for a 3 night stay, then I have to call to get more coffee delivered. Same thing with towels, there should be enough fresh towels for each day. I do not re-use towels at my own home, and I do not re-use them in a hotel either.

Staff were very helpful

Walls are thin and you can hear people in the next room. Pool was very warm and not too refreshing. Hotel was a little overpriced for the condition ( sofa bed ie)

The lady that checks us in on the evening shift is very courteous and professional. I like the spacious rooms and it's only 5 minutes to our daughter's home.

The pull out bed on the couch had crumbs in it from someone before, and the mattress was uncomfortable on the couch. The couch itself was very worn with rips in the part of the cushions that met the back part of the couch. it just needs a new couch. The light switches were in odd places in the bedroom. Everything else was great.

The location was perfect for the wedding we attended at Lindsey Grove.

Since we were not familiar with the TV setup in the room, I would have liked to have had some instructions in the room how to operate the television remote.

Obnoxious neighbor pounding on door. Maintenance worker entered our room uninvited no warning. Lack of safety bars in bath tub / shower. Toilet inefficient pressure flush.

loved having a fully equipped kitchen and laundry in the room, made it very convenient. bathroom was huge and nice. large room. pool and amenities were very nice. Staff was amazing, particularly Jamar.

Great location, easy to get around. Had many activities for the family to enjoy.

Nothing, it was very comfortable and had plenty of space for our family.

Appeared to be recently refurnished. Laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap and scrubbers provided. There was also a broom, hairdryer and extra towels provided too. The laminate floors were easy to clean if needed and kept the room smelling clean.

Had to park a bit further than I would have liked on the last day we were there, parking near building 7 was filled. Lots of handicapped parking , if you need it.
