The staff were super friendly and attentive. Our rooms were very nice, clean and spacious, and the beds were comfortable.

The walls were thin so you could hear everything going on in the hallway and in the room next door. Also, the shower plumbing was really loud as you could hear when someone was showering in the room above ours as well as in the room next door to our room.

I only stay at this hotel when in the area. The staff are friendly and have great leadership. I am always treated well and because I come so much they know my name and save my favorite room for me when I book. Beautiful sitting area with fire place to visit with friends and family. My staff will come to the hotel and work with me in the area with the fire place.

Nice location to interstate, restaurants and our event. Bistro area and gathering areas were spacious and nicely arranged with a work space/computer area as well.

The elevator door made a terrible noise for 5th floor exits.

Clean rooms. The front desk staff was friendly and attentive. Pleasant stay. Quiet. Absolutely loved the shower. Great pressure.

The remote control did not have a back so the batteries were held together with tape. But front desk fixed that concern and it really took nothing from my stay

The beds were so so. Had a king bed - 4 small pillows (2 feather which we are allergic to).

Leah and Laurna(Manager) are amazing. They are always so kind and friendly when I stay at the hotel. I travel for work and will not stay in any other place when I am in Chester VA

The atmosphere, the staff, the room, and more were impeccable :)

The pool was definitely smaller than I was expecting. It was only big enough for maybe three people at most, and it had people in it each time we tried to go down to swim.

Request a room on the backside as the sports and grill bar plays music loud and late Saturday nite
