3rd visit here,has always been great but could've been better especially on business thing's should've been ready upon arrival for this visit.

Here on business planned trip confirmed before and day of so room would be ready., Lights weren't all working and Switches broken, hanging.Our Towels 2 for showering only..No wash cloths or hand towels and or one for the floor.I went to the office the Tall Slim Male Staff With a Mustache said he would bring them yet Didn't ask Rm # I gave it to him..Never came.Not enough pillows this time.Sheet didn't cover fully..Very Disappointed and bad for business.Phones Don't work.in rooms. Called on my cell.Nobody picks up.

I stayed here for 4 days staff was amazing. I loved the lady in the front she helped me out a couple of times. 10/10 customer service. Me being me I I accidentally locked my key card and keys to the car in the room going out for another bag. The lady was understanding even though I felt super embarrassed and stupid. But that isn't the only thing that happened during my trip. We had went to Disneyland I lost a bag I had all my ID my husband id, debit, fs, health care insurance card, my cash, and both damn copies of key cards . I was scared they weren't going to let me get another key card. Thank God the nice gentleman that night helped me out and was able to give me another key. I was so thankful cuz all i wanted to do was rest my feet and relax. Atleast at this hotel i could take a breather and relax and felt comfortable. And one thing that i felt was amazing i had went to go use the microwave at 10:30 not knowing that they shut down the lobby early but the guy let use the microwave tht night and thank god he did bcuz like i said i didnt have anything that day i lost all my money nd cards we were stuck eating leftovers from the previous days nd i dont know about you but cold tamales arent it. I was having a lot of crazy bad luck last week. Thank you to the hotel for making my stay a little bit better. Just a friendly reminder clean up after yourselves don't leave the room Messy they have enough rooms to clean. I met the cleaning lady she was wonderful and deserves nothing but kindness of others.

They are only a couple of downfalls. The people on the side of us on I believe our 3rd nd 4th day were loud and had music blasting. Which isn't the hotels fault but it was a little annoying. And on the 2nd or 3rd night the roaches started showing up. It wasn't alot but I'd see them every so often. Roaches don't scare me tho.

It was very quiet. No loud neighbors friendly staff

The volume on my remote didn't work I had to manually get up from bed every time I have to lower it or hire it other than that everything was good oh yeah no microwave

NO microwave 1st time I stayed, the room was awesome. 2nd and 3rd time I stayed went down hill from a 9 to 6 to a 4

We loved everything about it from location to the friendly staff. The room is plenty big and comfy.

There's nothing we did not like. You can get a peace of mind here.

This place was very comfortable, quiet , calm and close to almost everything! There was a bit of graffiti in the room but that was the only complaint I had

I enjoyed the staff mainly; always showed me a smile and always seemed to be able to answer my questions whatever they were. I felt valued as a customer.

One thing that could be improved on either by the City or their own, is to install noise canceling walls inside the rooms themselves so if a customer is trying to sleep they won't be interrupted by racing engines and skids.
