Clean, easy check in/out, very friendly and professional staff, simple yet delicious breakfast, spacious rooms with microwave and good size refrigerator, and did I say clean!? I can't mention cleanliness enough. It's very important to me. Someone was always cleaning something... Rooms, taking out trash, dining area, floors, etc. I also felt very safe parking my car and coming in at night. ...An overall good value.

There was nothing not to like. The only thing that could have made this an 11/10 stay is if it were closer to shopping. However, we knew that it wasn't before we booked, so it doesn't affect the overall scoring. It was definitely convenient to getting on and off 110 hwy to go to the coast or Air Force Base. Both took about 10 minutes. Also easy to get into Ocean Springs shopping restaurants and National Park...@ 5-10 minutes.

I didn't like the idea after I check in we was told that the elevator was broke.n I remind you it was five of us we walk up stairs to third floor caring our luggage we had to make two trips... had a three night stay.. when we entered the room and noticed there wasn't enough towels in the room later I went to pull out the sofa bed the bed was broken ... I didn't see any sheets..I call front desk to let them know about the towels and also about the broken sofa bed ...I was told they would give us another room.. but not sheets for the sofa bed or more towel. So if you know you have five guests in a room why wouldn't you put enough towels in the room for five 😡

The breakfast buffet was good and hot. It had a variety of food to choose from. We took our breakfast back to our room and ate there. Having coffee 24 hours was great also. The room was good, except one small issue some of the jets wasn't working on the jucuzzi. The location was good, right next to I-10 and close enough to ride to the beaches.

The ice maker wasn't working, so we had no ice. We did have a refrigerator in our room to keep our drinks cool. Our A/C was cool but not extremely cold air was coming out.

Convenient to freeway. Appreciated our larger room with a sitting area. Friendly staff. Good hot breakfast. Fit our overnight stay. Would stay again if in area.

For as big as the hotel was did not have enough luggage carts. May not have been the hotels fault, just rude guests keeping the carts in room. I waited for almost an hour and never saw one cart! We had to lug all our bags down ourselves like pack mules! Not easy when you have walking and lung issues!

The location was great. Easy access to restaurants and shopping. The staff was very courteous.

When I got off the elevator an old moldy smoky smell hit me in the face. I smelled it all the way to my room. When I opened the door to my room it smelled the same way. I had to leave and go to buy febreeze spray and plug-ins. Also, I couldn't use my Amazon Fire Stick with the tv.

Slight wetness smell in our room 212 but housekeeping kept it sprayed with odor neutralizer I think that people sneaking pets in without management knowledge contributes to some of the odors Elevators smelled amazing they work really hard to keep it clean and smelling fresh throughout the hotel😃

The breakfast was good and so was the location. Just a few minutes to downtown Ocean Springs and the shops.

When I checked out I overlooked one of my sacks with some items I purchased downtown. When I called about it was told it wasn’t there. Some dishonesty somewhere. Otherwise a good stay.

The reception was very professional, intelligent and nice. But I asked for a none smoking room it smelled like smoke but I sprayed it with my stinky spray and it cut the smile.

I liked the reception at the front desk, I had called before I made it there and she was very pleasant to speak to and when I finally got there she remembered speaking to me on the phone. I truly appreciated that.

The breakfast was really good, but my husband did not know how to work the waffle maker and some woman who works in the kitchen came in there and got an attitude with him and flipped the maker with a terrible attitude but all in all it was really good, location was great as well

The kitchen working, and the Wi-Fi the Wi-Fi would only work outside of our hotel room…

Comfortable beds, hot showers, strong enough wifi for a couple of work video calls, and a good hot breakfast.

Waffles tasted weird, like they forgot to add sugar to the batter. But there were enough other tasty options this wasn't really an issue. My kid was disappointed.
