The staff were wonderful, pleasant, and helpful. Especially great were 2 rooms near the back door, which we did not request but were perfect for our 2 85+ seniors and me (73). First night - I discovered the window was not completely closed, even though it was latched. Cold air was pouring in. I went to the desk and explained the issue. It was 5PM and one of the maintenance men stayed late to fix the problem. I went on to dinner, and when I came back I saw that he had added a foam tube along the ledge and up the side where the problem was. I was most grateful! Breakfast was delicious; and we 3 seniors enjoyed our stay.

Only the issue with the window, mentioned above.

It was a good breakfast provided for guests. Well prepared items and a clean room. There were many things to choose from and it was nice to have a good meal before heading to the airport. The room was clean and well appointed. The view was of a parking lot, but that was not unexpected. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the room was clean and in good condition. I was able to get a free ride to the airport in the morning, and Bonnie was an excellent driver and pleasant company. She cares very much about the guests at the hotel and was very kind.

No cons for me.

The room was clean and comfortable. The member of staff I dealt with was very friendly efficient and very competent. We would have no problem staying at this hotel again.

The bathroom area was cramped. The sink had a very small area with very little space to store even a toothbrush, and it had had gaps on either side through which items would fail. We used towels to prevent this from happening. It's slightly irritating, to say the least, but it won't stop us from staying there again, we'll just ask for a different style room which does not have this issue.

The breakfast was fine. Nice selection. The staff was very accomodating. We had some issues with our room when we arrived - one bedspread was visibly dirty. It was changed upon request. 3 of our own party and at least 4 other people attested to our suite smelling like weed. My daughter and I could not smell it so we stayed in the room. Again, the staff was very accomodating by moving the rest of our party to another room.

An elevator would have made it much easier for some in our traveling party

This room was exactly what I hope for when I stay at a hotel: smart-sized, clean and well-maintained, and all the peripherals, including fridge, microwave, iron, and hair dryer. Most everything was in tip-top shape - no stains, no rust, no broken fixtures or trim. On top of that, the room was super quiet. We also traveled with a small dog, and the hotel was very accommodating. Their pet yard was kept very clean, and included a poop station with bags.

Toilet paper and bedspread/blanket were a bit chintzy.

I checked in last minute when a sudden rain storm made staying on the road a bad idea. I found/reserved the room using the Booking.com app. SureStay held the room for me with no worries of it getting checked out from under me during the storm. In fact I was in town for almost a half hour before I could safely drive the rest of the way there. But they held the room and kids were playing happily in the pool when I arrived so at was a happy oasis inside from a bad day outside. Didn't stay long enough to appreciate them more but I was glad they were there when I needed them!

This hotel is well-located near I-80. It is close to gas and food. We were excited to see a Runza (Try it if you go through Nebraska) and a Scooter's Coffee. The hotel itself has an interesting indoor pool in the center of some of the rooms. The room was small, but clean and the staff was nice. Breakfast was included and started at 6:00 AM which was helpful as we needed to leave early.

The room was small and the bathroom was a very tight fit. A propped open door at the end of the hall felt a little insecure.

Great location for our trip from Henderson Nevada to Beatrice Nebraska! Close to Stuhr Museum and access to hotel was easy, leaving for Nevada, too. Vicki at the hotel reception was very helpful! Also the morning shift lady that helped my wife work your high tech toaster! Great stay!

Pool is unique enclosed in the middle of the hotel, but we did not use it, my wife mentioned chlorine smell, but it was not bad, just noticed upon entering! It’s not a deal breaker! Might use it next time!

Our room was spacious, clean and well appointed. Pillows were exceptional! We travel with our two dogs. When hotels list "pet friendly" some hotels have a sticker weedy patch of gravel for our canine companions...Sure Stay has lush, clean green grass and waste disposal station! So Happy!

Lobby was small. Almost wanted to cancel our stay. Front desk clerk was friendly and welcoming, so we pressed on.

The staff was wonderful. The room was clean, neat and comfortable. Perfect location from Fonner Park. I did not eat at the hotel as I had my dogs with me for the Australian shepherd nationals and I didn't ever leave them alone in the room.

The ONLY negative was the quality of toilet paper.
