I wasn’t able to experience Breakfast. I was so tired and exhausted from everything that happened in the week prior to my visit due to me losing my grandmother who had raised me me as her daughter. So my husband an 4 children were able to suggest that I should go an have some time to myself and I was so nervous about doing so I was really worried about being myself but it was just what I needed. I had spent the evening in my room which was clean. Then not running out of hot water while showering was even better. But I finally got tired an ended up sleeping way over than normal for me an your staff was so awesome an I let them know that I had accidentally slept over an with only that being said they gave me a late check out which was 1 pm. I hung the phone up from front desk crying bc she had No Clue what I had been through an still was that sweet an generous to me. So I had made sure that all needed to be done in ur room for housekeeping was putting the sheets on the bed., a the bathroom of course. I just tried to make it as easy as I could for them since y’all were so good to me. I appreciate the love and respect and support y’all have for your customers. I will say if I need a night away from life again I would most definitely be happy to visit with you all again. Just one thing that did leave me questioning my revisiting is while I was in the lobby waiting on Uber after me checking out it was brought to my attention that you had some construction workers staying for a week and had more coming in that day but the two guys were there and they had been ate up by BED BUGS !!! I mean they were not joking about it but I was so confused by it being I had such a relaxing an unstressed night and they had this going on an my heart felt for them bc they had bites all over them it was awful. I guess I’m trying to say I hate that for your Hotel but I know it’s nothing y’all can control but stuff like that will leave a bad taste in there mouth!!!!!

Absolutely nothing I was so happy with everything!!! I just hope that the BED BUGS situation is resolved because it was the only thing that I would’ve thought I would have heard someone say about Comfort Inn an then it already being in 2 rooms was awful!! But other than that my stay was the best I ever had at any North Carolina Hotel !!!!

The staff. They are always working to meet your needs and answer any questions you may have about the hotel or the surrounding area if you want take out or dine in. They are easy to talk to and willing to help at any moment. The location is another thing that makes this place easy to enjoy. You are near the interstate, that runs through the heart of the city that makes Commuting from one side of the city to the other quick and easy because everything that you need or that you would want is literally right off the two intersecting highways that take from one end to the next with no traffic, but if you want to go directly into the city, then you can take the main road the hotel is located on, make left as you’re leaving out and it will take you right into the center of downtown with 3 minutes which is a nice area to walk around and enjoy the day. They also have 3 parks located within same time frame. Again, the Convenience of Location was amazing but The staff is really what impressed me the most with how helpful they were and making sure that your stay was as pleasant as possible, and didn’t bother you with questions that you had already answered five times previously that day, theyt let you enjoy the property and were there in a second if needed It will be a place that you also recommend after staying. Thanks again to everyone that helped us while we were there. Absolutely awesome.

There’s really Nothing that comes to mine because for the price, I would usually get the services and hospitality like this with rates that are astronomically higher than your normal rates for the time period and season.

Very clean. Arrived around 11a.m. local time. Check-in was supposed to be at 3p.m. I had a reservation but the kind of room I reserved was not available yet and wouldn't be for another hour or so. The lady at the front desk was by far the nicest, friendliest, respectful, most understanding and most accommodating hotel staff I have ever met. She didn't hesitate to upgrade our room so went could get in a room immediately so we could relax after being on the road all night. And she didn't charge me an extra penny!!!! All hotel staff across the country should take lessons from her! No words an express our appreciation for her and her understanding. Thank you so very much. The room and rest of the hotel was very clean. It was quiet and peaceful. By far the best sleep and rest I've ever got in a hotel! Would highly recommend this place. We stayed in The Red Roof Inn and Motel 6 on 2 other occasions and would not stay at either one again even if they paid me to!!!

Stay was too short! No pool.

The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel provided an excellent breakfast with plenty of choices. The restaurant was very helpful and kept the food area well stocked and clean. All of the staff were courteous and friendly.

The only bad side was I couldn't get a hot cup of coffee in the later afternoon, however they did offer fresh lemon water.

Not too much that we don’t like about this place a lot better then some of the other places we stayed on our trip

Everything in the room was perfect. Size was great, bed was great, No problems at all with the room.

Location was right next to the freeway and you heard the traffic all day and night long. Very noise. Also one of the elevators didn't work right and we got stuck in it for about 10 minutes.

I LOVE Comfort Inns pillows and beds, and this one did not disappoint. There was a breakfast with your stay. I had the make your own waffles, which it seemed everyone there liked including me.

I wish the breakfast went til 930 or 10 esp on the weekends.

Mostly quiet, considering it’s right off the highway. Clean and comfortable. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Tracy (front desk) was great! Beds and pillows are comfortable. They allowed dogs, and have a nice, larger area for pet walking. I would stay there again.

Only had decaf coffee available in the lobby. There was a large highway sign outside our window that stayed lit the entire night and the room darkening curtains didn’t close all the way, and they were stained and dirty.

Breakfast was awesome with lots of options.

Everything was great, but you do need to look at the TV in room 317. I could not get it to work even with new batteries in the remote.
