The stay was fine. Booking.com only sent over the payment for one room when they charged ME for 2 rooms. So in order to stay that evening I had to pay 1 room again - directly to Hampton Inn. I have been trying to correct this matter with BOOKING.COM with no results. There is no phone number to reach them regarding conflict resolution and any CHAT messages I written have gone unanswered! Very Frustrating.

Comfortable and spacious rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast

The free coffee was always available and always weak! I pointed this out many times and they obligingly made fresh and still watery coffee, and never got it right. Simply unwilling to use more coffee to make a decent cup of java, which was puzzling and aggravating. So I found a Starbucks...

Great coffee, main breakfast weren’t too good. Eggs & potatoes didn’t taste good. Sausages were okay but not great.

Mainly the food. Sausage, eggs & potatoes weren’t freshly made. I asked the guest service for Shampoo which was never delivered. I called the front desk inquiring about lukewarm water to shower with; the water warmed up for the next morning showers.

The morning staff were exceptional!!!I would hire the lady at the desk if I were hiring. So pleasant and friendly and helpful and sincere!! She is a definite asset to the hotel!!

I didn't like that I couldn't check in online as I had gone through Booking.com and Hilton wouldn't accept that as enough of a reason.

It was spanking new, clean and comfortable. All the staff were exceptionally friendly. Shannon and her husband are fantastic people who treated us with courtesy and good humor.

The sinks were very high. Perhaps a design flaw but a small nit compared to how excellent this property is.

The room and swimming pool and breakfast were perfect! The environment, the lobby and breakfast area are great! The lady who is serving breakfast goes beyond her duties to please people!

It’s far from restaurants, so you need to drive to the city center. The toilet paper is so thin.

Floor 4 was one room and it was very comfortable Floor 2 was not good . The beds were uncomfortable, they could hardly sleep the night. Maybe,after remodeled it will be better . Food was not much. They ran out of some of the items before breakfast was over.

The breakfast was terrific: one morning, it even included an omelet. The front desk staff was very helpful in recommending places to eat. I stayed here twice overnight: once going down to Farmington, and another night coming back from Socorro.

Quiet and its location away from busy traffic. Felt secure and comfortable with the atmosphere surrounding the area. No worries about vandalism.

I’ve stayed at those hotels before and i found some things lacking. Cold/ warm coffee both in the evening & at breakfast. Food choices could have been better. I was disappointed with the selection compared to other places I stayed where you could order your selection.

Our room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The bed and pillows were excellent, the provided toiletries were very good, and the shower was wonderful. The hot breakfast had many tasty options, a far better spread than those found in most chain motels.
